Amazing, the plate is very sturdy it has suction rubber things so it feels safe. The top has the grip rubber so standing on it feet stay in place. The vibrations are nice and strong. It has a remote for adjusting the settings or turning it off. I've had it 1 1/2 years and i use it as much as possible around once a week due to my schedule. Feel it working on your whole body within 3 minutes. I've noticed less swelling, and feel good for days after.

So far I love it! Easy to use and I actually look forward to using it every day. It makes exercising fun and it doesn't feel so much like a chore. I even notice a difference in my energy level already. One thing to keep in mind is it is a bit on the heavy side, but if you are looking for something sturdy and powerful, this fits the bill. I like my LifePro. It is very relaxing to my legs and feet. I have balance issues so I mainly sit to use it. The LifePro makes some noise but it is not loud. The design of the board is stable to stand on or sit with your feet on it. The movement it has is not rough and rather relaxing. The LifePro actually relives the pain in my legs. I have neuropathy in both legs and feet and the movement helps with pain. I took away one star because the plug in the back of the machine does not like to stay in place. It is almost like the cord plug is too small for the opening. Wish that was not an issue.

I love this. I dont know if it has helped lymphatic drainage because I never had a problem with it. But I feel better and I feel more tone in my leg muscles. As I said I just feel better and as I age I know this will help with my overall wellbeing. It will make you itch at times but that is an increase in circulation. Amazing productI have been reading and learning a lot about lymphatic drainage. And also know that shaking helps rest the nervous system. But I could never have imaging how my body and mind would react to this machine. I look forward to using it every day. It’s quiet. I started by sitting on it for a few minutes and the release of tension in my muscles was surprising. Looking forward to getting the strength to use it longer, do the exercises, and see the results. But from a woman with HIGH cortisol and a stressful life, the emotional release was worth every penny.

Fun and easy to use. Great for loosening muscles as well as building strength. I am enjoying the machine. Takes some time to get used to but I now use several times a week.

I was skeptical but have a few friends who have been claiming the virtue of vibration platforms, so decided to buy one during prime. I've been using daily now for about 2 weeks. Mostly just standing, but sometimes I do some squats, some balancing with just one leg or other subtle stretching type movements. I normally do not use for longer than 15 minutes and have kept the vibration on low between 1-15. All I can say is this makes me feel relaxed as if I'm getting a whole body massage and seems to relieve any aches, pains, tightness that's in my body. I feel like I'm getting a whole body massage. I'm 71, I'm active, I'm at the gym daily; this is a great addition to whatever else you do.
