Great wrist cushion - need to give it time to "break in"
I really wanted to love this wrist cushion but I am only in like with it. It has some great qualities. First, I love the color - got purple. It doesn't have a strong chemical odor. I am very sensitive to chemical odors and this one does have a very mild odor but only if you put your nose right next to it. It gives good support, much better than the beaded wrist support I had. The only downfall is that it causes the part of your wrist/hand that rests on it to sweat. Or maybe it just feels sweaty because of the gel material. Either way, just an overall uncomfortable feeling, especially in warm weather. Not sure how well it will hold up as I just got it today.UPDATE: The "sweaty" feeling I experienced only lasted a few days to a week and now I don't notice it at all. Maybe it was just something that wore off or maybe I just had to get used to the gel feeling. But now I absolutely LOVE this wrist support and am ordering a 2nd one should this one ever wear out.

Like resting my wrist in someone's hand
Most of my workday my right hand is on my mouse and my left either on my keyboard or resting on my desk top above my keyboard. Over the years the heel of my left hand has grown more sensitive to pressure to the point resting my hand on my desk top is quite painful. So don't set your hand on your desktop you might say! Easier said than done. Maybe I should just take it off and store in it a drawer? That's not very practical either. So enter this bit of silicone into my life. Oh my! It took me a bit of moving it around to find just the perfect place to set it, but now it's like having someone with a cool hand hold my wrist for me. There's a bit of film on the back that when removed makes the pad stick in one place. It's not glue I don't think. Just something that keeps it from sliding around. For a couple of bucks you can't go wrong with this thing.

What Did Goldilocks Say? Oh Yes, "Just Right!"
This wrist rest is just what I was looking for after developing soreness in my wrist while using a mouse with my hand tilted at a bad angle. It is small enough (but not too small) to fit at the front edge of my mouse pad, high enough (but not too high) to achieve the proper forearm to hand alignment, soft enough (but not too soft) to be comfortable and smooth enough (but not too slick) to allow my hand to move around freely without sticking in place while using my mouse. And, for those who care, there was an okay selection of colors. I went for the one that matched my birth month's signature color...Would recommend this for those who want a standalone (vs incorporated into mouse pad) wrist rest.

Comfort
I have had this for 3 months and this gives me ease for my wrist when using my mouse. I tried the mouse that is sideways and it hurt my wrist way more. I bought this for my logitech mouse and it has made a great difference for the pain that I was having in my wrist when using a mouse. Great buy. Good quality. More comfort and no pain.

This is what I needed
I had started developing a sore at the bottom of my hand, that bone that is right above the wrist. It looked like it was developing a bruise or worse. Saw a PT and she said to try a vertical mouse. Those looked too strange. A co-worker had a really good mousepad with a gel-wrist rest. I could not find that one. The same brand had similar, but it was not really easy to use and the wrist rest was too hard. Another co-worker had the 'beanbag' style which is available on Amazon. It was nice, but too tall. So I started over with this one. Part of the problem is that I really don't like a mouse pad, but the texture on our new desks does not work with a mouse. This wrist rest works great! I discovered that part of the problem with the other mousepad with the built in wrist rest is that it limited movement. I actually seem to use this wrist rest at an angle to the mousepad. Hooray! Problem solved. The bruising on my hand has gone away. I picked the purple which is really a neon lavender, but I like it. So simple, but works so well. It does not slide unless you want it to. The 'dent' in the middle is the perfect height for me. Very comfortable.

cute AND functional
It's comfortable, and does exactly what I bought it to do. It decreases wrist fatigue while using my mouse. I am a typist, and a full-time gamer, so I needed something that was supportive and relieved some of the pressure on my wrist from all day use of my mouse, and this does the trick. Also, the film at the bottom of the pad is meant to be removed, it gives the pad better grip. ;)

Comfy!
I bought this along with a wrist rest for my keyboard for when I game. I've been using it for a day or so now and really like this. It feels really nice under my wrist and isn't too firm or too soft. I did read some reviews on this before I bought it and made some observations. There were a few reviews that said that this particular product had a very peculiar plastic smell to it that just would not go away and they were right. This thing reeks to the high heavens! The scent also rubs off on your skin and it's a very, very unpleasant smell, however, I've noticed that hand sanitizer takes the smell away from my skin. There was another review that said there was a sticky part on the underside of this wrist rest but mine wasn't sticky at all. Either way, I'd recommend this if you're looking for something comfortable to use.

Suits My Needs Perfectly
Only about the length of my palm, so it's handy for smaller mouse pads/work stations. Compliments my mouse pad well and has help up very well since purchase a couple of months ago. It's also a great distraction for a toddler if you're trying to work with guests in your office! If you're looking for a smaller wrist rest, I would recommend trying this one.
