I installed with all 4 screws, including the expansion bolts. You'll need a short phillips screwdriver to complete the task. First I measured the holes, then drilled in the screws and removed them so the holes were preset. then I attached the mailbox.A better design would have been to have a larger hole below where the screw would sit so that the mailbox could be more easily removed. But it all worked out.The expansion bolts are a great idea... that way the mailbox does not touch the house. This became apparent when I removed the old mailbox, which was flush with the wall.... not good for the wall.I bought the bronze. Color and texture are really nice. Also the size is great. Room for small packages.Lastly, the top opens and closes easily and has a tight fit.It is supposed to rain next week. I'm guessing I should not have any problems. But if I do, I'll update my review. If I don't update, assume that all went well, and the mail stayed dry.

Use this at our lake’s boat launch for our courtesy boat inspections. Good size for our inspection sheets, payroll sheets and brochures. Well made. Perfect for our lake association.

Gives our house an updated look. The larger size will accommodate newspapers and small packages that are usually left on the porch.

Easy to install

This is good looking and the 2nd one I've bought. My last one lasted 19 year before it began to rust. Great value.
