Good product, arrived quickly, no issues

pleased I decided to buy this one
Such a wide choice could not make my mind up plumped for this one in the end, pleased with my purchase, works fine tested all the batteries out of Christmas decorations items, user instructions a but basic but soon discovered how to use it, clear display which show the battery capacity percentage as well as the voltage, the tester gave consistent readings for the same battery, 100% for new down to 5% for well used ones, worked on CR2032 cell batteries

to not break old things
not bad but awkward to use.i have + old one from Tandy's it is great no batts needed to power it but the part that checks the button battery broke off or I wouldn't have needed a new one.u have to hold batts upside down to test + hold the negative lead to the bottom of the batt.but I think it will get easier in time so not bad + at least it tests about 13 batts.so quite good I'd say.

Err code on first use.
Same as others have reported. Straight out of the box and it shows Err code and switched off.

Great battery tester
For years I’d been testing my batteries with a multimeter, which showed me the voltage, which does drop as the power remaining drops - but not by much. It is not a good way to test a battery! This device is excellent. It copes with pretty much any battery type, shows the voltage AND the charge capacity remaining. Other reviews have commented on the fact that it is hard to use because of the need to use the flying lead on the negative end/part of the battery. In practice this is not an issue at all - it IS easy to use.

Woeks great as intended
Great item, works fine, check video, when you press just once, it checks that each simbol on the screen is working,( battery indicator, charge %, voltage, and Err) if you keep pressing, it will check the batteries on the back of the reader, simple. for Li-ion batteries,use the 1.5 Alkaline checker

i found this item quite good but i was looking for something else which was just as good but cheaper so i decided to return it.
