I bought this as an under-counter one was too big for my new build (see my other reviews). It really is quite a beautiful thing, well made and looks classy on the tap. The ability to switch between direct and filter water is a boon and is as simple as turning a leaver on the tap - easy. Fitting was delicate as the threads on the tap are very fine so take your time and don't force it. Water quality is noticeably better, you really really can taste the difference and, when you remove the existing aerator from your tap and see the junk inside, you will realise you have made the right choice. Absolutely no leaks whatsoever and installing the filter into the unit was easy peasy (and obviously educates you as to how to replace the filter when you need to). For the money, this is a no brainer. Honestly, you will notice the difference in your drinking water, tea, and coffee straight away. A well respected company so I'm confident this will last and that filters will be available. For the price, and the cost of bottled water, you will make your money back quickly. Get one, you won't regret it.

What an amazing invention!!! We been buying bottles of water for years . It took my husband 3 minutes to install and the quality of the water is amazing. The water is Cristal clear and very clean and smooth taste. We are so happy ,no more lifting heavy bottles and running to the supermarket twice a week . Only one comment though….it will be nice to have the tap in different colors,I would prefer brass to mach my water tap but I’m still happy . Thank you !

Wipes out the chlorine taste which was my main issue. Filtering out other nasties is a bonus. Pretty cool to be able to do an instant side by side test of filtered and unfiltered water! No leaks when static, very clean. One thing to mention is that rotating it to the left causes the nut to unscrew, which will eventually cause leaking (see video). But you can remedy that by just holding the nut when you turn. However if you rotate it a lot and don't always have 2 hands free, it could get annoying. In my case I can't see why I'd move it often, so not much of an issue. Installation - very easy in my case. Didn't need the adaptors. I saw a review saying it went on easy the first time but not the second - same thing happened to me, it was because some gunk from the old tap head got dislodged and into the thread. Cleaned the thread and no problem. Currently looking like great value for money. I'll amend if otherwise.

Enjoying not having a drippy jug filter taking up space in my small kitchen. I only took a few minutes to fit this- no real strength needed! Not had long enough to judge on how long a filter will be good for but hopeful. Downside is fitting kettle under tap if you have anything in sink but of course you could always use a jug! An easy and practical addition and clean chemical free drinking water.

I bought this to replace a similar device I bought 6 months ago. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my original one, I just wanted to see how it looked and worked when fitted before committing to a more expensive one. My son is now trying my old one out and I am delighted with this replacement. Very easy to fit and use. It also looks aesthetically pleasing and provides clean clear water.

Easy to install. Tastes great. I got Amazon resale new condition so saved £10 off list price. Can also add tap water saver/spray adapter back on after fitting. Includes cartridge. Should last 3 months. No water jug to deal with anymore. Don't have a fancy tap but it fitted easily.

Really pleased with this water filter. While it isn’t extremely cheap at base value, comparatively to other brands it is great and it actually works and isn’t just a silly gimmick. It is really well made and the water tastes great. The size is quite big for our medium sink, however you can just move the faucet out of the way and it is quite versatile with how it can twist and turn to be able to get things in the sink while having it on the faucet. You just turn the lever to turn the filtering on and off making it super easy to use. It’s not very heavy and my tap can withhold the weight. Thus far the water filtering has been great. I’ve been using it for about a week and it takes the edge off of the taste of water. I did struggle with the faucet adapters and contacted customer service where Krystal was fantastic. They gave me good advice and suggested trying different adapters. I bought new adapters and the water filter fixed to the tap nicely. Thank you Krystal for your amazing customer service, they really went above and beyond to give me a good experience and offered me some complimentary water filters for the trouble with the adapters. It’s really easy to set up and the box comes with easy to follow instructions. Waterdrops company really takes pride in ensuring that you get sorted out and to give you a good experience. Thank you!

È facilissimo da montare, solido e bello anche da vedere. Filtra perfettamente e il flusso d'acqua è considerevole, per nulla spezzato dal filtro. Vemivo da un philips con adattatore in plastica e aggancio a incastro a molla che è stato un ottimo inizio, ora vedo una soluzione praticamente professionale. Con l'aggiunta di un erogatore orientabile a doccia diventa una fantastica soluzione completa per non sostituire l'intero rubinetto
