I have been using the Frido Arch sports insole for the better part of two months now for my badminton shoe, I play badminton twice a day regularly.I have to say I’m really impressed with this insole, I was sceptical initially with the huge arch which might create problems in my movement on the court but nope, it has actually been the other way. My movements on the court has become better my foot pain which used to be prevalent while playing is gone. This sole is the best for any level of badminton player or any sport for that matter. It is the perfect thickness, very good Value for money, and the perfect fit for any shoe.I would recommend people to even swap put their stock shoe insole and replace it with this, as it not just improves the pain relief it also improves your walking style and also makes your move better on the court.200% I’m buying these again once my current sole wears out.

The insole provides good foot support. I have been using it in my office shoes, and the results are good. The quality of the memory foam is excellent—thick and comfortable. I’m not sure how effective it is for flat feet, but since I have an arched foot, I prefer a soft, thick insole with arch support. I experienced some discomfort because the insole is flat. If Frido added arch support to all their insoles, it would be more beneficial for people like me. Arch support is essential, as flat insoles can be slightly painful for those with arched feet.Size - is customise and you can cutout as per your need.

"The memory foam used in this particular Frido Hi Per Foam Max Comfort Insole is not that good.It provides comfort, but the softness and bouncy nature of the memory foam are not as good as I have experienced with some other products. This particular insole will not provide the expected level of comfort.For long-term use, these insoles are not at all comfortable and wore down very quickly. From a reputed company like Frido, I expected something worthwhile and long-lasting, sadly that is not the case with this product.I am really disappointed and will not recommend it to anyone. It's nothing more than a waste of money.It is pertinent to mention here that the price point of this particular product, as mentioned above, is quite high, which is also not expected from a reputed company like Frido."

Good product SHOE SIZE UK 8 , ITS PERFECT FIT AND TOO USEFUL, FOR STRESS FREE WALK AND FOR RELAXED PAIN FREE ANKLES.. Also they are too durable and long lasting worth buying, This is for 3rd time I'm buying FRIDO INSOLES it's best. 👍

Good enough, supportive for regular shoes. I did not buy this for any specific pain relief but rather to extend the life of my sport shoes. So I cannot comment on its effectiveness for pain relief.It fails quite a bit as support for sports shoes used for active sports. Felt supportive initially but is wearing in within 10 hours of use. So I am not particularly thrilled. The variant with gel from the same brand is performing much better though it is too soon to comment on the longevity of the product.You may not notice any of the above if you use in your sports shoes as casual wear.

Very nice a comfortable, helps with my flat foot . This actually make walking comfortable

This insole gives the best support to heels.In my field of work I have to stand for many hours.Previosly I used to suffer heel pain but now thanks to Frido I have complete relief from pain.
