Appears to be used
This item appears to be used. The way the parts were in the box it's clear they have been taken out. The stick-on rulers were crumpled & had small tears in the. The felt type material on the bottom hoop is damaged. For $208.99 I expected a brand new product in pristine condition.

This product takes the process of hooping and rehooping much easier and faster.

No customer service
I received a new monster hoop as a gift. Naturally I don't have a receipt and the hoop side connecting to my embroidery unit is defective. Long story short DIME customer service, more like lack of, said without a receipt they want nothing to do with my issue. I have a Bernina 560 and the hoop never did attach smoothly. The hoop is nice the company customer service is more than useless it's very frustrating. They didn't even offer a repair.I don't know were the hoop was purchased just that it was new out of the box. At age 75 DIME is the most frustrating, incompetent company I've ever dealt with
