Very Good Lights and for me, worth the money. I use them for my Table Top-Still Life photos. Can be used with the power socket and Portable with a Battery. Came well Packaged.

Great Light Fixture, the Colours are easy to blend, and it is Great Value for money, I got these on Amazon warehouse so I got them a bit cheaper but they were like brand new when opened. so lightweight and very portable that you can run these with both the supplied power or with NP-F970 batteries, Excellent if you don't have a socket on site. what comes in the box? The Two LED panels, two soft boxes, two tripod stands, two power supplies, and two carry cases for both the LEDs and the softboxes. soft boxes fold up very nicely and are very compact. Pros- Lightweight Ease of use Very bright (if needed) Nice color mixing Cons - Bulky Power supply Tripods are quite flimsy Would love it to be app-controlled like the new RGB panels

I tried these lights for a couple of weeks however I couldn't get them to light my products even close to 5600k which is what they claim to be. Even with an additional overhead light my images appeared darker and required a level of post production I wasn't prepared to do.

I find Neewer gear to be very good value and often better designed than more expensive brands so I was hoping my first lighting kit would be a good experience. It was mixed. The stands are good, easy to adjust and reach a good height circa 2m and the LED lighting is excellent for close up / still life work. I doubt they would be strong enough for full length portature for example. More to the point they would be too small in area. DIFFUSER HOOD SET UP The diffuser hoods/covers are a complete faff to attach and if you plan to use them and remove them often then be prepared to be faffed!. To get the full range of up/down angle adjustment, the lights supporting bracket need to be attached at right angles to the stand. You then need to be careful the set up doesn't tip over as the lighting assembly protrudes a bit from the stand. The stand and tripod legs are fine but light weight, so just be aware. SHADE SET UP The assemblies with the 4 shades attach easily to the LED panels using four thumb screws and work well. Note that they have to be removed if you want to change to using the diffuser hoods. BATTERIES The kit does NOT come with the rechargeable batteries.

Excellent quality lights. Impressed with the adjustable kelvin and power. The lights seem really well made, solid, and don’t overheat even when used for prolonged periods.

I film quite a lot of videos for different projects and this is why I perfectly understand that having a set of lights is very important and the experience with these ones so far is really great because they come with light stands and the units can work also on batteries which means that I don't have to connect all the time the cables. Their built quality is good and the stands are starting off to keep the lead lights even when I said them at the maximum height and probably for my own use the only thing that this set is missing is a remote control because I found a bit difficult when I have to change some settings to manually adjust them using the controllers at the back of the panels. They also come with barn doors which in certain situations are based on the type of lightning that I want to get. These are helpful but most of the time I keep the softboxes on because they give a more soft light and this is what I am looking for. They are not that powerful in terms of the amount of light that they can emit at the maximum intensity but still for the space where I use them which is around 15 square meters, these do the job without any issues. They are also very versatile because I can easily change the color of the light from cold to warm based on the type of videos that I have to film and it is also easy to change the position of these just by using the knobs on the sides. The maximum amount of time that I have used them constantly was around 6 hours and they work more than fine and because they are led they don't warm up at all and this is quite important especially for when I have to film long videos. These are great lights especially because they come with softboxes that can be easily attached and also removed and since I am using them they never disappointed so for all these reasons I would recommend them.
