for the price this is a wild little haze machine. better than the premium version which is double the price

The LYNCA Portable Mini Fog Machine has been a valuable addition to my setup. Its compact design makes it easy to transport, and it produces a surprising amount of smoke for its size. The included fluid lasts quite a while, and the machine heats up quickly, allowing for immediate use. It's perfect for small events, photography sessions, or creating atmospheric effects in confined spaces. While it's not intended to fill large rooms, it excels in smaller settings, delivering a consistent and reliable performance.

Works well, creates LOTS of smoke, but can sometimes leave an oil residue, which isn't great.

The pictures I have posted don't show that as I can't post the actual pictures, instead they are just a few to give an idea of what it can do.What I liked:It's a small smoke generator, so you can take it easily with you and have it on hand. It comes in a custom made case that also includes all the accessories you may need.It generates a lot of smoke; especially considering it's size.It can generate different types of smoke. For example in addition to 'normal' smoke as in the video, you can also use it to produce a dry ice effect with low-level smoke on the floor - there's accessories supplied to achieve that aim.The build quality appears to be high. This doesn't appear to be a cheap plasticky thing.The provided smoke oil doesn't have a strong - in fact hardly any odour.It comes with a remote control. That's what I'm using in the video.What I didn't like:The oil container doesn't hold a huge amount, so this isn't for long-term on use. To be fair though this is a small portable smoke generator so it's not really an issue.The smoke leaves a very slight oil film in some circumstances. This is most noticible when using it in dry ice mode, but I noticed it after shooting the video (you should note that there were several takes, not just the very short one posted) on the table surface.It spat oil when I used it without letting it sit for a few mins. This is mntioned in the instrauctions, but maybe it should be clearer.Overall, these are minor niggles, this is a great device for photographers and people who need short bursts of smoke. Recommended.

The media could not be loaded. This device came with several accessories to achieving different fogging effects. It takes time to master the art of achieving what I want and I still haven't got it right but its worth the effort to try mastering it. I have lots of ideas for using this, including for my moon astrophotography.As shown in my pictures, this machine has a 1/4 thread so I can mount it on a tripod and use the included remote to switch it on. But directing the smoke is tricky in a stationary position.I have used up about half of the fuel that came with it totalling around about 30 minutes of firing it.after use, there is an oily residue around the area of the smoke, so bare that in mind. Easy to wipe off, though. There is also a mild smell, not pungent or anything but I wore an n95 mask just to be safe.I am enjoying experimenting with this device and I love its compactness.

My first portable fog machine and my first Lynca product.The first thing to say is this thing is small, compact and very easy to pack in your bag if you ever need to travel with it. This is important to state because otherwise you'd not need a portable one right? You would just buy one of the bigger smoke/fogger machines that you can buy.The other thing to mention is that this is pretty easy to use and comes with fluid to get you started. It even has a remote control which is one of my favourite features as it means I don't have to keep walking over to the smoke machine from behind my camera.I'm using this for product photography and videography where I use the smoke machine basically to make it look like dry ice to give atmosphere to my shotsThe amazing thing about this machine for me though is how directional the smoke is.Because of the nozzle that it comes out of you can basically paint the fog into the exact area you want it to appear to come out of on your subject. I didn't expect this at all so this is really great and allows you to be very creativeOne thing I'd improve on it is the noise when in use. It is quite noisy but that's fine if you're not using audio from anything your'e filming at the time and overlaying sound onto your videoFor product photography I wish I'd got one of these things soonerFor videography it allows you to be far more creative and get some really amazing effects when using itI"m really pleased with this and glad I have it. I'd recommend to anyone who's never had or tried a portable fog machine before.

The media could not be loaded. This mini fog machine is a good portable size, like a large vape I guess. It comes with different attachments to allow for different effects and fog dispersal.The hose that comes with it is good for being able to move the fog around and cover an area, the hi pressure attachment just pushes into the hose and gives a more jet like stream.. The sponge is a slow moving fog but heavy and thick.There is a remove but it only turns it on or off, it would be good if you could alter the power / amount of fog produced.It isn't a quiet device, it makes a loud humming sound like a compressor.It is all built well and works well. The fog liquid does go down pretty fast so you will want a spare in backup if used for work.
