I started with Solv's Advent book at Christmas, which was fantastic, then moved on to Can You Escape This Book by them, which was tougher but equally fun so I've been eagerly awaiting a new one.I'm about half way through now and it's fantastic, up to the standard of the previous books, lovely art, and the puzzles are extremely satisfying to solve.The interaction with the app (through PAT!) has occurred in every book and remains as fun and inventive here.This book also stops you getting stuck, if you get a question wrong several times you can opt to reveal the answer and an explanation as to how to get there, but I'd encourage you to stick at it before doing that 😊

Disappointed this is only a book and not a game.My fault,I must of read incorrectly.Just hope it's worth it,for Christmas present.

The puzzles were fun. Me and my partner did it together and enjoyed most of them. The attention for details was incredible and it had you going back and forth through the book.Unfortunately a LOT of the puzzles were printed directly in the crease of the book making them harder to solve. A few of the puzzles also had you Googling answers (not because they were hard, but because you were encouraged to look online). Lastly, some of the puzzles just didn't seem to make any sense (the bat cave was incredibly confusing). However if you kept failing at a puzzle, the game would allow you to continue and show the answer.
