See the problem? Waiting on response from vendor
After three presses it broke, it’s built like a tank and looks like it should work but… I’m hopeful that the company makes good on my current claim. Update 3/14 and Amazon and this company are both being very ugly? Being a disabled veteran and limited income, they have chosen not to refund me or to come pick up the item. Requiring me to drive it across town again because UPS will not print the label? And I don’t have access to one. So I’m stuck with a 300$ paper weight. Stay away from this piece of garbage! 🤬

Products come with not right address with 2 different boxes and handles brocken and jack bar missing very chitty for china

Junk products don't buy from this vender
1st press and the bottom hot plate slipped from jack and jammed everything up to the point its no longer useful its trashed at this point ..thanks for RIPPING ME OFF

Good Product
I have been using this heat press for the past few weeks. The machine has very flexible temperature adjustments, the push down handle is very easy to use, heats up well, is not too loud, is the right size for my t-shirt and table, and seems to be very durable. I set the timer and it seems to work well.
