Solid Performance and Comfort
It's been a fantastic experience so far! The bike is incredibly well-built, with a sturdy high carbon steel frame and a sleek black design that turns heads wherever I go.The 750W brushless hub-drive motor is powerful enough to handle both casual rides and off-road adventures with ease. While the max speed is advertised as 28MPH, I've been consistently getting around 26-27MPH, which is still impressive and might vary for others. One of the standout features for me is the full suspension system. The front fork absorber and rear suspension work together to provide a smooth and comfortable ride, even on bumpy terrain. The 20"×4.0 fat tires also contribute to the bike's excellent stability and traction. The brakes are solid and reliable, giving me the confidence to ride at higher speeds without worrying about stopping power. The dual hydraulic brake system ensures that I can come to a quick and safe stop whenever needed. The 48V/13Ah removable battery is another highlight. It charges relatively quickly (6-7 hours) and provides a decent range, allowing me to cover long distances without any issues. The battery is also UL2849 certified, which gives me peace of mind regarding its safety.Overall, the Bike is a great investment for anyone looking for a versatile and stylish e-bike. Whether you're commuting, exploring new trails, or just enjoying a leisurely ride, this bike has got you covered. Highly recommended!

Trail climbing beast - Fun bike
The media could not be loaded. I went on a trip recently and rode on a few different e bikes to get around the city as well as take tours. When I got back I had to have one. The standard looking bikes have seats that make your butt hurt after an hour or so of riding, so when I saw this bike with a motorcycle style seat I thought id give it a shot. My included video shows both riding the bike to see the display, as well as the exterior features such as the headlight and brake lights. The models I was riding in Europe did not have this functionality. Normally amazon asks to rate features, but that was not an option so I will rate them below.Comfort: 10/10 the seat is well padded and comfortable for rides around an hour long, there is also space for a second person if you had kids who wanted to ride the bike around.Speed: The bike has 5 levels, and the one I used previously had 9. I think 5 is a decent speed, but I wish it did have 1 or 2 more levels for when you wanted to get back up to speed quick if you have to stop for a railroad track or something on your path.Light: Breaklights are great and 10/10. The headlight I would say is a 7/10. I wish it had a high beam mode or something to get more light out of it. You can adjust the angle of it with the screw, but it could be a bit brighter to see cracks.Brakes: One thing that has been strange to comfortable with is the right side brake does the front instead of the rear, all other bikes I have been on were opposite, but the brakes are disk and work well to stop you.Suspension: This bike has both front and rear suspension. I think he rear could be a bit firmer for heavier people as it does get bouncy, but if you are under like 220lb it will be fine. The front shock is as good as other bikes I have ridden. The tires are also large so you don't have to worry in some grass about getting around. Their size also adds to the comfort.Battery: It shipped with a full battery. The battery also has a key to keep it locked on the bike. The range is about 40 miles using the pedal assistant and I have found its around half if you just use the motor and let it move you.Display: The bike has a display to show speed, power setting, light status (dims when headlight is on), and battery as well as a mileage readout.Note: The +/- controller has the power button on the bottom, the light on the left side. I did not pay attention to the manual and almost missed that.So far the bike has been excellent.

Fun bike
The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?:This bike is a lot of fun and definitely gets attention, but let’s be real—it’s more moped than muscle builder. It’s marketed that way, so no complaints, just know what you’re getting. It does have seven gears, but none of them really change the resistance or give you that “burn” like a traditional exercise bike would. It’s basically built for cruising—and it does that really well. The motor’s solid, it rides smooth, and the fat tires handle bumps and rough pavement like a champ. I mostly just vibe with it and let the battery do the work. One thing to note: I’m 5’4” and this bike is definitely a little tall for me. Not impossible, just something shorter folks might want to keep in mind—mounting and stopping takes a little finesse.Overall: solid build, great speed, fun to ride. Just don’t buy it thinking it’s gonna replace your spin class. 😂Smooth ride:5/5

No throttle at all
I am waiting to hear from customer support. The bike is nice except there is no throttle response whatsoever. The headlight works, taillight works, brakes are good, computer comes on and displays no errors, battery is fully charged. The throttle does nothing at all, it's literally a regular bicycle with powered lights. Not a good first impression. I've checked every connection and removed the seat to check connections at the controller and still nothing, i have unplugged and reseated everything
