New Balance 1080 version 13 has the softest midsole amongst all shoes right now, a Shore hardness of just 10, most other shoes would be 15- 20. (New Balance 1080 version 14 is about 15). So there is minimum impact on the foot or the knee. Hoka Bondi 8 / 9 or the ridiculous Nike Motiva, which Nike touts a walking shoe, are no match.This shoe works best for walking, all day standing or mild running if you are a neutral runner.The shoe is not suitable for racing or trail running, as, due to the soft midsole, stability is not good, and the energy return too is just about ok.

Very comfortable shoes. It's like walking on the clouds. You can wear them all day. Wide toe option available. Good for walking but not for running.

Product is good but bit tight

I have been using New Balance and other brand shoes for the last so many years. This shoes is so soft and gentle on my foot and very cushioning too. Ideal for long distance walking. Quality of the make is excellent. Great value for money

Without any doubt this is a geniune product. Shoes feel lighter and softer on feet. People with plantar fasciitis and those on their feet whole day walking,standing these shoes are for them. They are running shoes mainly for recovery runs. (true to size, top quality product, money well spent)

I used to have one shoe for my gym. Recently decided to have separate shoes for training and cardio and boy was that a game changer. These shoes have made my treadmill running so much easier and effortless. You literally feel like running on cloud. Mind you that these may not be best for competitions due to extra squeashy foam. But good for 30-45 min treadmill session. My legs don’t hurt anymore and I can effortlessly maintain my running cadence.

Comfortable for running not when standing. Heel drop is more and unstable. Try them before u buy. May be only good for running and remove them soon after. Once you get used to this soft sole, you feel comfortable.
