Amazing coffee machine
So far so good. I bought this machine a few weeks ago and so far is working perfectly fine. Great coffee and always very hot. It is not too noisy when grinding the coffee and very easy to clean. Got this machine on a great promotion and it worth every penny!!!

One of my best purchases ever!
After spending what felt like a lifetime trying to choose a suitably priced machine that met all of my requirements in function, visual appeal, ease of cleaning, ease of use, and quality, I finally settled on this little gem. (Shout out to user pauslon1 who convinced me to treat myself to this one when helpfully answering my question about cup size) I've since made myself and family a variety of different drinks and everyone really enjoyed the taste of a proper bean to cup coffee. I spent a bit of time researching what coffee beans would be most suitable for our drink preferences (we are milky latte/cappuccino people) and settled on some nice creamy medium roast beans. I also bought the Monin caramel syrup which was a great tasting addition to my latte. It took a bit of experimenting to figure out the best method for getting a full standard mug (pressing the function once gives you about half a mug worth of drink) whether we should just press the button twice or whether to customise our coffee to milk ratios. But with the help of the handy guide sheet as well as the more indepth manual instructions it was quite easy to play around with and figure out. I bought a short 380ml travel mug and it just about fits underneath the coffee dispenser and the milk spout without room to spare so that's definitely the absolute max size cup you could have, but it's worth knowing that it's possible to get at least some kind of travel mug under there even if only a smaller one. Cleaning it all out is easy enough (make sure you removing the packaging from inside the machine too as I forgot to do this at first and it made a bit of a mess). It's a little noisy but honestly I've used many louder machines in the past, they all are noisy to some degree, this one is quite tolerable. I wanted a machine with a good variety of drink options to make and other than more expensive machines like Philips or Siemens this one had the best screen/drink options for the price. I'm sure I've missed out many of its positive qualities, but overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase and look forward to many years of good coffee!

Equipment That Breaks Down Quickly
I used the Beko coffee machine for 40 days before it unfortunately stopped working. The cleaning program malfunctioned—the indicator light remained on despite correctly completing the cleaning process. I was also unable to restore the machine to its factory settings. It’s possible that I received a defective unit. Additionally, the cup-warming function was not operational.I chose not to repurchase the same model. However, I appreciate that Beko provided a full refund for the faulty product.

easy to use
easy to use and everything to set up, coffee is good but always depends of your coffee beans, i like it if finish coffee beans can use grounded coffee, coffee hotness enough to drink coffee straight away, very easy everything to clean, for cleaning was add small brush whats is good for cleaning the inside milk jug, but for milk jug tube didn't was any brush add that's was make hard cleaning but later i buy small brush tiny one for the tube and its okay, but would be happy if will be in the set inside when you are buying , for me just one minus of this coffee machine can use just small cups 250ml for me its small. I already using 4months this coffee machine and i am happy with that like my first one is perfect

Brilliant machine
The media could not be loaded. The item arrived and as soon as I had removed the packaging it looked so smart. I was slightly apprehensive before it arrived about how complex these machines can be (which is one reason I opted for this machine as it looked easier), as I've never had a bean to cup or similar machine before. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by how simple and effective this machine is.I read the instructions quickly and then thought I would give a quick go, expecting a bad coffee for the first one, how wrong I was.I filled my water and beans and then did a quick clean first by pressing the cleaning button (star looking thing).I pressed the americano button and i was very surprised how quickly and how nice the coffee was. I was only using cheap beans for my first ones as I was expecting to waste them on trial and error. The machine doesn't seem that large to me, it would have received five stars however after doing some research, I would have liked the water tank at the front like some other brands instead of the back for ease of access.I'm over the moon in general with this product and would highly recommend it. I did get it on offer which helped my decision to purchase.

Brilliant
This machine is perfect; it produces coffee that easily matches coffee served in coffee shops…you just need to practice your “latte art” with the milk (but there are plenty of YouTube videos to help you 😀).It’s so much cleaner to use than a regular espresso machine with a portafilter. I must admit that I was a bit nervous about buying it in case it didn’t deliver quality coffee like a portafilter machine but I needn’t have worried. It grinds the beans, compresses the coffee and brews perfectly. The volume of all the preset coffee types is adjustable to suit your tastes and any changes you make are “remembered” for future brews. We started with ground coffee (which has to be measured in for each brew) but quickly realised that using beans is the way to go; just fill the bean storage bin and coffee is available any time you want it at the press of a button!Cleaning couldn’t be easier (unlike a portafilter machine). The machine just tells you when the used coffee bin should be emptied…simply open the front door, remove the bin, empty and wash it and put it back. The machine cleans both the coffee nozzle and the steam wand as you turn it on (and again as you turn it off). Finally, with a little practice you can steam milk to get the right consistency with small bubbles to produce your own latte art.Would recommend this machine to anyone.
