What I really like is that this one tester can test water for multiple characteristics. The product descriptions on the information page do a good job in describing this tester. I wanted this product specifically to test for hydrogen levels in water to make sure my hydrogen water generators were working properly. It definitely worked here and gave reading showing expected differences between tap water and water that was processed. The PH levels of the water could also be tested verify the hydrogen presence as the water was more alkaline after being processed. I also used this device to test the particles per million, PPM to confirm that my water filters were working properly when comparing the quality of the incoming and outgoing water.

STOPPED WORKING AFTER 5 MONTHS. I sell water ionizers and do a lot of demos. This wand was fantastic because it showed the pH, molecular hydrogen, ORP, and TDS. I recommended this one to many people on my team and for others to have in their homes. I even have this product on one of my Amazon lists! Over the course of five months, I have done the recalibration process 3-4 times. This morning, the wand will only read pH 4. (my pH drops are showing that the pH is likely to 9.0) Have set up to recalibrate with the designated packets. We can’t recalibrate to 7 or 11, because it will only read 4.0 in every calibration solution. I definitely used this wand a few times a month, and always stored it carefully. I’m disappointed, and share in case this review is helpful to anyone else.

unable to get an accuracy reading different from plain water after using a H2 bottle. Not sure if the meter is accurate or if the the H2 bottle is not working. At a loss on both products to see if they work.

The H2 setting that measures the amount of hydrogen ppm in your water completely stopped working! I tried resetting and letting it dry out, but nothing works. Buyer beware
