I really like this brand. It doesn't cause any tummy issues. It's my go-to for magnesium. I am a repeat customer.

I don't normally write reviews. I have tried numerous supplements over the years for various reasons and hoping that something will do something for my tiredness and general health ie brittle nails fatigue etc. Wow!! Nails solid and i really do mean solid nails now! Muscle cramps less! Energy a massive uplift. It might just be me but this is definitely my go to for magnesium supplements! Well worth a go 😊

Good supplement - all the ingredients are of great benefit to me. I find magnesium to be really important in my regime

Arrived quickly. Seem good quality as I don't get the side-effects from these that I have done with other magnesium supplements in the past. Seems good value for money on that basis.

The capsule is a bit difficult to swallow for me, but the good side is I do feel its giving me a boost so all round 5* and will be ordering again.

Yet to feel the benefits. These do have a strong smell to them almost like a plastic smell. Don't think I will buy again.
