Honestly buying this was such a lifesaver. I had multiple tears after my delivery and had the worst hemorrhoids in all my life and no ice pack or medicine was helping UNTIL I bought this. The relief I felt after constant use was just a breath of fresh air. I truly recommend and would advise to stick to it. Don't stop using it even if you 'feel better'. Use it until you for sure don't need it anymore. Yes, the fragrance might not be everyone's favorite but it works, that's all I have to say.
