My kids love cherries. I had a single pitter and it took forever that I would just not want to buy them. I bought this to try and not only does it now take only minutes to get my kids cherries my 12 year old uses it herself so I don't even have to do it. Works great, easy to use, well worth the purchase!!!

The pitter was easy to use & did a decent job of pushing the pits thru the bottom. I did check after every batch to make sure the pits were out. While it was only a little less messy than the previous ways I have used, I recommend it. It is a good value for money. It is easily clean in the dishwasher so that is an even bigger win for me.

If an 88 year old non-kitchen guy can work this product then anyone can. Worked like a charm.Solid. Cleans easily. Did the job. The only problem I had was I kept eating some of the cherries. PS I was using the pitter on sweet black cherries. I did center all of the cherries. Every once in a while, I would count five pits And would look under pitter and one of the pits would be clinging to the cherry, so I just pulled it off.

I like that it helps a bit, but you still need to count pits and verify or risk cracking a tooth. The device is a bit flimsy and I doubt it will be an heirloom. Three stars feels right.

Works good. This is a messy job no matter what you use. I went through a couple pounds of cherries fast when canning. I just always count the pits. Sometimes one would hang.

Did not work like I thought it would. Pits did not come out like description said. Cherries were smashed. I don't recommend.

This really knocks out those cherry pits fast! I should have had one of these years ago. I wash dishes by hand so I can't speak to how it lasts with a dishwasher, but it's so easy to clean I wouldn't bother with the dishwasher.
