Love these! I was a bit hesitant at first but these are so tasty and help hydrate.These are brilliant and they aren't thick like some others. They taste amazing, literally like buying flavoured water but with the added extras.Boost energy levels and dissolve easily, they're good to keep in your bag and use them through out your day.Very efficient and love how the come with different flavoursHighly recommend.

Really helpful for my POTS symptomsLiquid I.V. has made a noticeable difference in how I manage my POTS symptoms. Since starting it, I’ve felt more hydrated and stable throughout the day. It’s reassuring to have something that actually helps, and the flavours taste really nice too – not overly sweet or artificial. I do think they’re on the pricier side, but for me, the benefits have been worth it. It’s become a staple in my daily routine, especially on tougher days. Highly recommend if you’re looking for extra hydration support!

These are excellent! I definitely feel the positive effects after the gym, or even in this recent hot weather! After sweating so much all day I was feeling dehydrated most days (despite drinking 3-4l of water a day) but having one of these really seems to balance me out. I definitely recommend them and have recommend to family and friends alreadyz

Of all the hydration salts I’ve tried, these are my favourite flavours. Not too salty but very effective. Only problem is that the high price point puts me off reordering.

The initial flavour is okay, tastes as the box says, the issue is you can DEFINITELY taste the additives/electrolytes. There is a strange hit of flavour on the end that genuinely turned my stomach and made me gag every single time. Had three mouthfuls before nearly vomiting and pouring it out, and it seems to be the same with all flavours. Absolutely not worth the money.

This isn't a bad way to hydrate.But the reason for my 3 is because its expensive for what it is and each servings has calories which I don't want.The Taste is a 10 though. I don't need to add anything to it because its all tastes great but a 2 or 3 of these can really screw up your caloriesSo its only a score of 3 for me.It tastes goodBut is expensive, its only recommended to have 1 per day and the calories are too high for me.
