I walked 100k steps in three days at Disney Parks. Yes, my feet hurt. Every night I took a shower, used this roller ball, put on cotton socks and could start the next park the next morning. Wonderful product and honestly was shocked it helped as much as it did!

This stuff caused my ankles and feet to burn when applied. I woke up in the middle of the night with an aggravating itchy foot so I had to go shower off what I had applied to get back to sleep.

Convenient
This works well in a pinch after a long day standing or walking around. It didn't feel quite as good as a proper soak but it did calm and soothe my feet. On the plus side, my feet felt noticeably softer after use. I'll probably take this with me while traveling.

This calming foot lotion roll-on has magnesium sulfate to help my tired feet. The roll-on is easy to use and convenient to take with when on the go. I liked that my heels were softer than before. The lotion dries fairly quickly, and did not irritate my skin. I found that the lotion helped relieve foot aches fairly well, but did not help much with my toe cramps.
