Perfect for my cathedral ceiling room windows inside the house. Used windex on the smooth cloth and then used the squeegee to get the liquid off. On the outside used a window wash the squeegeed it off. Just like new.Made durable and easy to assemble. The price is well worth it if you don’t want to get up high with a ladder. Does not lose stability as you add sections to it.

I was able to reach a second story window with ease and I didn’t need to use its full length.

Ok, it was flimsy, and a nice price. Best deal I could find on 14' pole. Except, you can't use it at 14' long. On about the 5th reach at it's limit, the pole just snapped in the middle, at two of the joints. So my 14' reach became 7'. It would be fine at 7' or 8'. It's not good at 14'.So, either beef up the pole (and increase the price, that would be ok) or reduce the effective length.On the other hand, the head, with a combination of scrubber & squeegee worked pretty well.The sections are easy to put together, and disasemble. But, because it is just not strong enough at full extension, I can't recomend it.I have returned it for a credit, and I'll look for a beefer tool.

The actual pole length is closer to 12 ft instead of 20 ft---to be fair the actual product length says it ranges up to 14 ft. still, that is assuming you holding it will be able to reach that 20....but as I said, it's 12 ft, not 14. It is flimsy and cheap, but it will get the job done. Just don't expect it to stand up to any abuse.... And I think the squeegee is practically useless since you can't put too much pressure on the pole.

We have four large high windows that are almost impossible to clean. Now, we can clean them, and they look so much better. It's not perfect, but I am really pleased.

Im Alltag funktioniert alles wie beschrieben und die Nutzung ist unkompliziert.Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach gut. Bisher konnte ich keine größeren Nachteile feststellen. Würde ich wieder kaufen und kann es weiterempfehlen.

Game changer, great value for the price. I used at full extension, it is a little too flexible but you soon adapt to keep the weight along the pole, I had washed my high windows for 2 years now they are gleaming. Not perfect but very acceptable. I’d recommend.
