Easy to use and not much installation required It reaches pretty high, but stays sturdy enough to actually clean high windows of my business center

Is this a 5-star brush, probably not, but for less than 30 bucks it sure is. When I first saw the box it came in I was thinking "there is no way this is 20' and strong enough to reach". Boy was I pleasantly surprised when I put it together. It is about 20' long and fairly ridged, especially given all the sections it has. The business end is not that wide but certainly serviceable. I haven't used it yet, but I can tell it will be just fine for cleaning my rooftop solar panels. It also reaches my second story windows and is ridged enough to apply pressure to wash them (this I did test). I'm not sure what else I would want in a low cost brush so I give it 5 stars.

Nice long extension on this mop that works for far away cleaning! The handles aren’t the sturdiest and wobble at a long length, so this is not precision based cleaning by any means, but still helps get unreachable windows! We live in a condo and needed to clean the outside windows. The extension pole reaches pretty far (20 ft-ish) which was great! The cleaning job isn’t perfect & is unable to get into far away corners (so windows aren’t 100%cleaned) but our windows are at least cleaner than they were before. Overall good product for the price point! Would recommend!

The actual pole length is closer to 12 ft instead of 20 ft---to be fair the actual product length says it ranges up to 14 ft. still, that is assuming you holding it will be able to reach that 20....but as I said, it's 12 ft, not 14. It is flimsy and cheap, but it will get the job done. Just don't expect it to stand up to any abuse.... And I think the squeegee is practically useless since you can't put too much pressure on the pole.

Works well but it is not 20ft. It is a little longer than 10ft.

20' is long enough to clean my solar panels from the ground level of our sanch style home.

I really wanted to like this 20-foot window cleaner, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The biggest issue was that two of the pole sections had defective threads and would not screw in completely. As a result, the pole couldn't be assembled securely, and the entire unit felt unstable and unsafe to use — especially at full extension. Because the poles couldn't connect properly, the cleaner wobbled and flexed while in use, making it nearly impossible to apply enough pressure to clean windows effectively. The loose connection also made me worried the pole might separate while extended, which is obviously a serious safety concern. On top of that, the squeegee head felt cheap and didn’t stay firmly attached, and the microfiber cloth kept slipping off. For a product that’s meant to clean high or hard-to-reach windows, this is simply unacceptable. This seems like a classic case of poor quality control. I’ve already requested a return and will be looking for a better-made alternative. Until they fix these design and manufacturing issues, I can’t recommend this product.

Ich finde die Verlängerung funktioniert für unsere Belange (Laub und oder Moos mal eben vom Glasdach schieben, sehr gut. Habe nicht die volle Länge benötigt und alles ist stabil geblieben. Super ist das Zubehör auch dabei. Für das Geld ne super Sache 👍 Lieferung ging auch mega schnell.
