Packaging had clearly been opened before
I suspect The item was shipped to someone else and returned prior to my receiving it as the sticker that sealed the bag was ripped in half like it was cut open. The lights on only one side of the headband were working properly, and I need to go buy batteries tomorrow to see if that will solve the issue since I don’t have time to Return the item and order another one before my event that this was ordered for
