Does the Job
This digital flow meter does the job well. It’s really large at 3 inch piping. It is easy to use and has good instructions. Installation is quite easy if you use the right Teflon tape with what liquid you are using with it. Overall, I think it’s a good product.

Weird thread size so it's worthless
I cannot find a fitting with the correct thread size. I would like to use this at work but I don't know why none of the cam lock 3 inch ntp fittings work. It's currently a paper weight.

Flow meter uses British Pipe Thread, Not National Pipe Threads as advertised
Flow meter does NOT use NPT (National Pipe Thread). Instead it uses a British thread which requires different fittings. The fitting cost more than the flow meter did.

Solid Flowmeter
This flowmeter arrive intact and in new condition. It arrived in a small box that also contained a soft cloth, instructions, and a fat roll of teflon tape. Like, a lot of teflon tape. The outside of the flowmeter is metal, albeit light weight. The inside components of it are predominately plastic. The instructions were easy to read and follow. Overall, this flow meter works as described and I recommend it.

Not NPT Threaded. Do not buy.
Not NPT threaded. I have bought two of these. Thinking I just cross threaded the first one I bought a second. It is not NPT threaded. Makes a great paperweight.

JUNK,.,.
JUNK !!!!! Worked for about 10 gallon and the display only shows the top 2/3 rds of the numbers on top line and the bottom 2/3rds of the numbers on the bottom line...... USED IT ONCE 2 DAYS AFTER RETURN CUT OFF DAY. JUNK....

What kind of thread is this?
It is advertised as NPT thread. I’ve been to 6 places that specialize in threaded parts and no one knows what this thread pattern is. Also, no fittings will connect to it.

Cannot change units of measure
Help! Cannot change units of measure, didn't receive a manual.

This flowmeters fantastic able to easily monitor how much water my pool is taking in when the automatic field turns on has a great feature. The only thing I wish I did have was a way to tie into the system and trend data. However, I just take periodic checks and log them in a binder.

The threads on this unit are not compatible with N.P.T. we had to weld camlock ends on as it seems like a British thread. Seems like is it British thread. This cost us some extra unforeseen welding costs.

my husband has been using this for a couple of weeks now. He says it is easy to use and is working well.
