Well built, enough power to crush anything, hard plastic big jar. Best are the blades and Pro blending technology. Cons: It should have a switch to operate the machine, the rotate and click option is sudden and may not last long. Operating directly from power switch may also be not a good idea.

It's a good blender but dirt gets between the plastic and the glass and can't be removed.

bought this a few months back , use it once a week, it's robust and solid.Has 3 speeds, although can't tell difference between going from 2 to 3 !

Dreadful, I’ve binned it. Every time we try to use it, when we remove the jug the blades stay out and the contents of the jug go everywhere! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst purchase I’ve ever made.

Ordered this to process vegetables for juice and smoothies. The blades are very strong, manage ice with ease. I like the feature of suction cups on the base of all Phillips blenders, which keeps the blender rock steady during the heaviest tasks. I ordered this as a replacement for my last Phillips blender, as the jar had cracked and a new jar was more expensive than a new blender - otherwise there was nothing wrong with the previous one.
