From what I've noticed in other reviews, it seems like the seller has actively improved the product based on criticism.The instructions were clear with no missing or damaged parts. I was given two different instructional packets based on how I wanted to attach the ladder. The structure moves as any tall bed will, but I attached anchors to the frame and it does not even wobble far enough to catch on the tethers.I found it easy to put together on my own. Though it would be much easier and quicker with two people, I am rather small and not especially strong, and I made it work. The hardest part was holding the top handrails sturdy to attach them; this part would be smart to include a friend for. I HIGHLY recommend loosely putting the screws in each step and THEN tightening them, as it will cause less fight.The stairs are a bit on the narrow side for an adult. They're also quite tall. I wouldn't recommend this bed for someone on the larger side, or with mobility issues. The loft part is, additionally, quite low; perfect for sitting, but I heavily encourage a rolling chair to get under.The bed itself feels sturdy, well-made, and comfortable. It has really improved my spacial needs. I was concerned with this being on the cheaper side, but I don't have a single complaint. 100% worth the investment.

I bought this for my grandson. Took a little time to put together but he loves it. I chose this product because of the stairs .He loves it!

The bed was the right size for the room. My only gripe is that the instructions did not show if you moved the stairs to the other side. The instructions were backwards, not easy to put together.

Great bed, very durable. My daughter loves it and everyone that comes and visits like friends and family have asked where I got it. My wife and I have even gone up and slept on the bed so it can handle an adult. Also it may take two adults to put it together, don't be like me, I had to call my wife for some assistance. Remember when putting it together use the tools provided don't go power tool on this.

I got this for my nephew took awhile to put together has alot of parts highly recommend using a drill to speed up the process but instructions where easy enough it is sturdy depending on you size I'm a big 300lb guy and I got on the bed just to see how it held and it did but moves more then I like but my nephew it didn't budge at all I love the way it looks and perfect size for smaller rooms

It's a great bed. Arrived in two separate boxes almost a week apart, which was confusing. It does take a while to put together, but the instructions weren't hard to follow. Some of the steps would have made sense to do before others but we made it work. The lights don't stick very well to it but it's not a deal breaker for me. My 10 year old is in love with it ;)

Bed is very nice and sturdy. The directions, however, are the most frustrating set of instructions I’ve ever encountered. I’ve had to undo several pieces putting it together.
