Bed not durable
My husband has had to fix it 4 times since we got it. The bed frame keeps cracking, and there’s no way my children are heavy enough to be doing it. UPDATE: while we’re still displeased with the bed, their customer service is top notch. For customer service this good, I would be willing to try some of their other products before writing them off for good

Nice and sturdy
Wood is solid and it did not take much time, but on the directions to put the ladder together, it was the wrong letter of screws! We figured it out and the bed and ladder are sturdy! You will have to mount the bed to the wall as instructed!

Cheap
Only had about 2 months, and bottom frame broke. Had to be reinforced with better wood. Super cheap quality..
