Really good, not massive to swallow
I struggle to swallow the massive tablets, but these are manageable. I was looking for a multivitamin that had collagen, hylauronic acid and iron, and this ticks all the boxes.Good value for money too. Would recommend

Brilliant all-rounder.
Decided to try these instead of my usual ones as was going to be away when I ran out and wanted to make sure I had enough to last. I'm not too sure of what they actually do, only that I notice it when I run out. This is now my no1 replacing my old faithful ( which do work,just not aswell as these.

Amazing
I have been taking these for over a month now and I have seen a huge improvement in my skin. More elasticity, less wrinkles and smoother looking skin. The tablets are on the larger side but I wouldn't say they were difficult to swallow. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Has everything that's needed
A good product, and good price for the ingredients. Been using a while now. Has helped with some of my menopause symptoms. ie, fatigue & aches. Hair & nails growing faster and skin is good. Peace of mind, knowing I'm getting all the vitamins I need even on the days when my diet has not been up to scratch.
