It's a band....
Came in a nice package and looked intact. Wasn;t able to send it directly to my brother in training out in Missouri in the army since it was delivered to me. So I will make it a point to give it to him and use it however he wants to. I already have one and don't need another.

It’s a standard cat eye
Fairly elastic and strong for your ACH. The blood type and name patch is also good. Somewhat expensive, but it’s a very convenient buy.
