A premium quality medium build solvent-borne primer/undercoat, for interior or exterior use on timber and suitably prepared and primed metal substrates, with the added benefit of being fast drying. LOW ODOUR USES As a combined primer/undercoat for timber. As an undercoat on suitably prepared non-ferrous metals and plastics. CHARACTERISTICS ■ Excellent absorption and adhesion properties to timber ■ Suitable for use in moisture vapour permeable paint systems ■ Excellent opacity ■ Superb easy flow primer with good "flatting" properties ■ Quick drying and re-coatable PROPERTIES Alkyd resin based. Semi-matt. 16m2 per litre on smooth surfaces. This figure will vary, depending on timber species, whether rough sawn or smooth planed, surface condition, method of application and climatic conditions during application. Touch dry within 30 minutes and recoatable after 1 to 2 hours under normal drying conditions. Minimum recommended application temperature 50 C. At lower temperatures and/or conditions of high relative humidity, drying periods will be extended. Resistant to washing and scrubbing. Clean with a mild detergent solution or white spirit to remove dirt and stains
