I really love that I bought this case for so many different reasons: My iPad fits snuggly and is very well protected. I also like that I can adjust the stand to different angles and it doesn’t slip. The magnets for holding the pencil and easel are strong. It has a slot on the side that, in addition to the magnets, holds the Apple pencil securely for charging and using (it also has another slot for securing the pencil for travel). The case is not heavy, and it had a lot of color choices. It’s just a good, solid, quality case with a “leather like” grain. It doesn’t have any easy-to-break moving parts on it. The company that produces it is a small family owned business (I read the owner’s story), and they donate 10% of the sales proceeds to charity. I prefer to purchase US made products so the fact that this case manufactured in China is the only downside. That said, if I ever need another case this is the one I will buy.My first iPad case was the name brand case. It was more expensive that than the Zugu case, and didn’t protect the edges…which is how my first iPad got damaged. Additionally, the pencil was always getting knocked off, and there were only two color choices: gray or white.My second iPad case which I also got from Amazon, had an easy-to-break pencil holder. I knew that from the reviews but I thought I would be more careful, and of course, it easily broke after using it for a few months.I’ve been using my Zugu case for a few weeks and kick myself for not buying it first. iPads are expensive to replace so at least mine is well protected now.

I bought this and the ESR Shift and I returned the ESR case. This case is wonderful! It’s easy to see it was crafted very nicely and made durable. It’s sleek and fits the iPad perfectly. Lightweight and the magnets hold well in any position. Great protection and the easy open tab on the screen cover is awesome! I’m a new fan for sure! Hit me up when you make a rotation cover. The only perk missing is being able to rotate from landscape to portrait but a small matter. I’ll use this family owned product again! Thanks much!!

I have been ordering the iPad covers/holders from this company for several years (and iPad generations and upgrades) - this product is the best out there. The quality and design is top notch. The iPad pencil charges perfectly in its holder and the stand is sturdy yet lightweight. It does make your iPad heavier but that doesn’t bother me; I know my iPadOS secure, protected, functional.

The ZUGU cases for the iPad are simply the best you can get. I’ve had one on my first iPad for over for years now and l can’t say enough good about it. Very well made. Very rugged and protects the iPad beautifully. I carry it around quite often and it shows hardly any sign of wear. The slot for holding the Apple Pencil holds it very securely even when carrying the case around. I have never had an issue with it coming out accidentally. I really like the adjustability of the case for holding the iPad on an angle for viewing. So easy to adjust and very very secure. The case my local Apple Store sells (I forget the brand name) is not even close in features and quality and cost $20 more. So if you’re looking for a case for your iPad, look no further. You won’t be disappointed or sorry you got a ZUGU.

So far, so great. Fits my iPad Pro 13 fine, and appears to be sturdy and well-made. A nice note is the classy packaging; you feel like you're opening a box from a luxury store. It comes with easy-to-follow instrucions for how to open the cover and use the magnets to attach to (for example) a metal refrigerator. Oddly comes with no instructions for inserting the iPad into the cover. That's relatively straightforward, but considering the care that went into the package design, it's a somewhat strante omission.

There is'nt anything I don't like about this IPAD Case. Its exudes quality from the packaging to the actual item itself. It's well designed and appears to have been manufactured (China) well. (Yes I examined the stitching!) The corners and camera bumps appear to be "beefy" enough to withstand impact from normal use and drops. The case magnets are very strong and the "smart sleep/activate" works well. The case "hinge" appears beefy enough to withstand a lot of use/cycles. More than enough viewing angles are designed into this case. Pencil pocket storage is also a nice feature. The "scarlet red" is more of a burgundy/cordovan color and I'm very pleased my color selection.The signed thank you note from the company founder was a nice touch.Is it pricey.....a bit. But typically you get what you pay for imho! Buy once - cry once! Just buy it!

I've had this case since November of 2024 and I can safely say it was a great purchase. It's extremely durable for the type of material that is used (I think fake leather). The magnetic stand is also great, I mainly use my iPad in landscape mode for watching TV/movies, so having the multiple viewing angles means I'm not straining to have to adjust depending on how I'm sitting. I don't use the back pen holder too often, but when I throw it in a smaller back pack I will use it and I have never had the pen slip off. The charging pen holder also holds really well though and only once has my pen ever slipped out of it. It's easy to put on, and comes with an entire cleaning kit just for the case. Lastly but most important, the magnet on the back is extremely strong. I had it on my fridge while I was cooking, forgot that I had my iPad on the fridge door and accidentally swung the fridge door open. My iPad didn't move an inch.Unless you're giving a 13in iPad pro to a child (I don't know why you would) this is the perfect case for people that do not need the keyboard.

I didn't notice the weight of this cover. The magnet adds a ton of weight to the cover. With my ipad 13in, it's heavier than my LG laptop! I do like it and it's very sturdy. 5 stars if it were lighter.
