It is see-through in the product photos and is also in person. The shoe has many many breathable holes and is lightweight. The underside of the shoe is as soft as a marshmallow and feels perfectly light and flexible for running. This is not a gym shoe, it is a running shoe, and is designed well for it. Personally, I replaced the laces with rubber/silicone laces for an even easier slip on/off

They are very lightweight. Alittle lighter support then I'm used too. Great color. Comfortable but more for walking.

I had to order a new pair of these because my old pair from 4 years ago is finally starting to wear out for workouts but is still good for day to day wear. I love how lightweight these shoes are - they are perfect for packing on trips if you plan on trying to get some gym time or running in. I even brought them with me to Maui twice and used them for morning walks and light hiking. I have noticed that my old pair doesn't come up as far on my upper foot/ankle as the new pair, which I preferred for some extra breathability, but other than that, I haven't noticed any major differences. These were purchased as part of my "time to lose the extra baby weight" project. Some new workout gear is great for motivation to get out and jog while pushing the stroller around. And the breathability of the Flyknit shoes is great for summer fitness outside. Just glad I could find them, as a search through Nike's website brought up no results.

They sent the wrong color shoes. I ordered all black with some white and they sent gray and black. The shoe is nice, but not the color I ordered.

I got this shoe after watching and reading several reviews about it. Things that the reviews cover accurately are as follows: 1) This 2018 version of the Nike Free Run Flyknit is an upgrade from last year's model where they have corrected the narrowness of the midfoot sole. I had last year's models and after you run in the for a while you'd feel a pinch in the midfoot area. 2) You can get this model without the Flyknit upper and it may be a better idea to go with that version if you plan to use these on a daily basis or for run distances more than 5km. Flyknit is beautiful but not very durable. I've got a pair of these without flyknit that I use for my runs, but these flyknit ones will be used as casual shoes. I own an Adidas pureBOOST DPR and a Puma Tsugi Jun IGNITE. Both those shoes have knit uppers and their respective company's best midsole but I find these shoes to be in a league of their own. They are light and honestly the cushion you get it as much as you'll ever need. This is the flagship colorway.

The product is genuine and exactly as ordered. Size is true to fit. Shipped fast/arrived promptly. THRILLED there was official Nike inserts inside the shoes when they arrived which meant they were in mint condition and the form of the shoe had not been mushed around during shipping.
