How this valve works
I am using this valve for a different system. Little information on web page how it works (so 4 stars) but have found out the following. You pulse the device at +10v DC to open, then pulse again at -10v DC to close. ie. you reverse the polarity to open or close - short pulse only needed. Two wire connection. The coil is about 8 ohms so it will take around 1.5 amps. Max volts 10.5 DC but it does seem to work at lower voltages.

Great valves
I am a gardener and use these valves to add extra lines to the water timers. They’re are great.

Seemed great but after just 2 months buttons stopped working so not useable anymore
This device started well and was easy to set up - however after nearly 2 months, 2 buttons stopped working, essentially the MAN / OK button meaning the device is not useable anymore -we have written to company and wait a response - will update review when we hear back but at moment I would not recommend this product especially at price for effectively 2 month use
