I have had it for a week and it has been truly put to the test with bathroom, grout and floor cleaning so here are the pros and cons:PROS:Comes with many attachments, comes with some repeat attachments in case you break them, is relatively lightweight for a cleaning device, has a long cable, does what the description says, amazing for cleaning grout, excellent for corners and hard to clean surfaces like the corner between the wall and tile.CONS:8oz water container makes you refill often, you can’t apply your entire weight on it to scrub with an attachment if the extenders are placed (idk why you would anyway), mopping attachment does not clean as much as it pushes the dirt around.Overall I am satisfied with this product, it’s heat level, the value for money, I would certainly buy it again. It made cleaning my bathroom much easier and the attachment for cleaning grout works wonders.

The Schenely mop has been amazing so far! I’ve used it on walls, cabinets, and floors, and every surface has come out looking spotless. This is super great for walls. I bought it specifically for walls and appliances (not floors - I use my shark for the floors). I wish it had better attachment options. For example, a smaller one for around cabinet knobs, one specific for along baseboards. It also would be beneficial if it had replacement pads for a scrub brush option for the oven. Overall, I like it, and it works well. It is very light weight and easy to lift above the head for higher surfaces.

I can clean my floors and baseboards without breaking my back. Assembly was quick and easy. The reusable pads come out clean in my washing machine. It's small enough, that it can fit in small space. It's lightweight even when full.

So let me start with the good. The steam does clean well, with little effort. It cleaned my shower, windows, walls, baseboards.The bad. It removes paint from the walls when using attachments . The attachments are poorly made, both of the circular attachment sponges broke during first use. They are glued on and came off after about 7-10 minutes use. The attachments that is for grout, the bristles all flatten and somewhat steamed together.Overall I would say if you are looking for something to clean the walls, this is great. If you are looking for something to get small nooks and edges, it's good until the attachments break.

I love the product it works perfectly

This was a pointless purchase. Don’t use on walls or it will strip the paint off! It easily melts or burns certain materials. You have to keep refilling it with water too. The only use I have for it is to steam my floors but my basic ocedar mop can clean it just as good. A waste of money but I’ll try to figure out some use for it.

Wow this mob is awesome i used so many mopBut this one is best to clean floor . Highly recommended this mop . This is very reasonable price . Easy to handle . Cord length is also long .
