Gnarly, Supplement Pump Pre Work Out, 19 Ounce

Not the crazy tingly beast mode feeling others with beta alanine give you. But, I don't want to spend three hours in the weight room or feel like I'm on drugs. I just need a little pick me up to help me through a workout after working all day.This stuff is great, gives me extra energy and focus for my lifts, also feels like I could do cardio on it, since the caffeine buzz is minimal and evenly spread out. Overall a great product, especially if you dislike sucralose and beta alanine. It's true it doesn't taste great, kind of like cranberry cough syrup. But I've had worse, I like that it doesn't taste like a jolly rancher, or feel like it's giving me a cavity.A little more than a buck a scoop is worth it to me to not have all the extra garbage in it. If you are ready to try a more natural pre workout without a crash, give it a try.

I like Gnarly Nutrition. Have been buying their product for quite some time now. I wanted to try a different flavor. So I got cranberry. Well, I don't know why I got cranberry flavor since I so-so like cranberry juice. Turns out, I do not like the cranberry flavor, go figure. I guess by the time I finish this bucket I may like it. But I will definitely go back to the mango flavor. Other than my poor judgement, this is great!

Tastes good. Less caffeine than other pre-workout drinks = less jitters. Unfortunately, the seal was broken on the jar when I got it, and not sure if the product was/is affected in anyway because of this? Overall, not bad. But, I think a less expensive product would work just as well.

I think its super important to note that this pre-workout is a more cautious approach to a pre-workout. Its for people who are actually worried about what gets put into their bodies. I really enjoy the product sure I don't get the mega caffeine energy boost that I would from a product with 350mg of caffeine but i do get enough to help me through my workout. Most of your energy should come from your day to day diet anyways.

Received the cranberry flavor and I am not a fan of the taste. Flavor is disappointing and really hard to get down.

I've never used pre-workout type products before tying a free tester sample of Gnarly Pump. Was so effective and helped me so much in my workouts that I came into amazon and bought this container. Will def be buying more in the future! Every Gnarly product I've tried has not only tasted good but has also felt beneficial without feeling like I'm ingesting nasty chemicals like I've felt with other products.

I am giving this 2 stars because I appreciate the fact that it is all natural and there isn't any filler in it. It does not have the desired effect, however, of a pre workout. I did not notice any difference using this product during my lifts. It would probably work better if they used more than one gram of citrulline as opposed to loading it with arginine. As far as flavor goes, I really didn't taste anything remotely like cranberry. Unless drastic improvements are made to the formula, I will not be re-ordering this.

Great product, great pump. Taste is s little less to my liking, but mixes well with other products.
