Works well, no wifi issues. Quiet enough that it won’t wake people up but if you’re around the house you can rest assured you can hear the food dispense as confirmation. I check the feed log when I’m away to make sure it has dispensed. I’ve only had 2 instances where I didn’t see it dispense but the log accurately depicted it was missing so I’m confident the log is accurate and is a good audit log. Easy to set up (via app). Good price for quality, app is easy to use. Instructions are clear. Feeding is on time. Bowl is well designed to keep food in the tray. My cat hears the beep and goes to get his food when he hears it which is nice.Had a warranty issue on the water bowl, and they are working to resolve which is nice - they did require a review to continue the process. My feedback is not skewed based on the process.

I can’t say enough good things about this combo! I was looking for a reliable automatic feeder and a water fountain to make life easier, and this one has been perfect.The feeder is super easy to set up, and I love that I can schedule meals throughout the day. No more early morning wake-ups from my hungry cat! The portions are consistent, and the food dispenses smoothly every time.The water fountain is great, too! It keeps the water fresh and clean, and I’ve noticed my cat drinking more, which is a huge plus. It’s also really quiet barely makes a sound.Overall, this has been a game changer. It gives me peace of mind knowing my cat is fed and hydrated even when I’m out for the day. Highly recommend!

The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a little cheaply made but is great for the price and works well. We have set up the feeder to dispense 3 times a day and it was a little confusing at first to set it up but once you figure it out it's simple. It holds 3l of food and the water dispenser holds quit a bit too, it's not loud at all but may not be too sturdy as the food bowl isn't fully attached and the water spout where it connects to the pump doesn't get a good seal even with the band. With all that said I would definitely purchase again for a cheap fountain and food dispenser, my cat took to it right away and seems to be loving the fountain.

So far, I love the cat feeder. It was not hard for me to program it! The water fountain has been very helpful also, and my cats enjoy drinking from it, it has a nice peaceful sound, and not too loud at all.

Quiet feeder.Auto timer works great.The display is small but functional.The feeding combinations of ounces and times you set will work for any diet plan.The backup battery kicks in when the plug is pulled.It’s taller than I expected and gives plenty of room for days of feedings.The feeder handles tiny kibble to big kibble giving you flexibility to use for any pet, the cat loves it!The feeding tray can detach easily which is both a pro and a con…Pro- detaching the dish for cleaning.Con- it can detach somewhat easily when the pet is anxiously waiting for kibble and paws at the dish.

The automatic feeder is great. Easy to program, no mess, no technical issue. Cats love it. The fountain was good at first but we have had issues lately with it and our cats lost interest in it. First, it becomes dirty very fast despite a brand new filter and the use of filtered water. Secondly, the fountain lost its "power" even on the most powerful setting. As a result, no flowing water, no interest for the cats (yes they are weird like that). Overall the quality of the items is there but the design of the fountain needs rework. By all means, it remains practical when you have to be absent for some days and/or to control food portions.

The media could not be loaded. So I really don’t write reviews, but my cats really love this feeder and most of all the water fountain. Both units are very sleek, efficient, easy to assemble and program. The water fountain is super quite.We’re gonna stay out for a couple of nights and we didn’t want the hassle of taking them to a kitty hotel, just for two nights. The stress alone, of leaving them takes away the joy of the mini vacation...So we bought this well ahead of time, so they could get used to it. As soon as we set it up, both cats started using it as if it had always been there. Since we have to cats, we’re planning on buy an additional feeder. One water fountain work great for both cats. BTW: It’s electric, and you can put batteries (I think it uses 3 D size batteries) just in case the light go out, which happens quite often in PR. Guys I recommend this 200%, hope this was helpful. Feeder works great and is super convenient! Waterer on the other hand is a bit of a pain but still works just very testy. Overall will buy again when one of them goes out. The timers don’t go off exactly when you set it but it is pretty close, a little difficult setting two of them to go off at the same time. When the batteries get low the feeder will send off an alarm to let you know which is pretty loud but it lasted MONTHS before the batteries died. It’s overall quiet expect for when the food drops and which the food dropping is a little loud. The waterer you can hear constantly. Perfect height for my cats and small dog but for larger dogs it’ll be too small on the ground
