I replaced the battery in my husband's battery about 3 months ago and couldn't close the watch back until I found this tool. It is easy to use as long as you follow the instructions. Once i had all the parts setup, watch in position on the tool, I had the watch back on within seconds. I couldn't be more pleased! Awesome product...already saving me money.

This product is sooo worth the money. I used to go to the watch dealer to have them change the battery. This was so easy to use and set up and worked perfectly. My 13 year old even did it easily. Highly recommend.

Simple to assemble, lightweight and functional. It only took me a few minutes and I was ready to go. Note this work for compression time watch backs only - not ones that need to be screwed on, or have a complex set of indentations that fit a specific wrench. You’ll need another tool for that. The clamp presses the back cover onto the watch after removal.

Overall, I’m happy with the JOREST Watch Press Tool Set, especially for someone like me who just wants a solid tool to take care of my everyday watches. It’s definitely not a professional-grade kit, but for the occasional DIY repair or battery change, it does the job well. I really appreciate the stability it offers during use, and the price is hard to beat. That being said, I’d be careful with more expensive or specialized watches. This tool’s strengths lie in its simplicity, but you need to be mindful of the limitations. If you’re just starting out with watch repair or you need a tool for routine maintenance, I’d recommend it—but don’t expect it to handle everything under the sun.

After changing the batteries of two watches, with the assistance of the Jorest kit, I was unable to re-close the cases. Ordered this tool, which I received in two days. It requires a simple job of assembling the press and looks a bit flimsy , as compared to professional tools. Hence, I approached to the task of pressing the backs of the cases in the frame of the watches with a bit of concern and hesitation. Though I did not hear a snapping sound, as expected from the description, both cases closed well. with no problem and not a scratch. Just follow the instruction carefully and it appears that the work can be done safely. The tool is inexpensive and, logically, does not seem sturdy. Yet, it does what promised.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. I followed the instructions and it worked my first try. Worth the money.

Easy to assemble. Works well enough. I had a 45mm watch with a snap case back. Weird but true as the snap backs are usually found on smaller watches and cheaper ones, etc. or older ones when they thought that was an OK method to access the movement :) But this did the job and got the tough case back to snap in without any damage to the case or crystal. So, it works if you lube up the threads and do it gently and make sure the plastic holder supports the case and does not rest on the crystal, etc. I like the screw-down ones vs the press down as it seems to put direct pressure on the case back, not pressure at a slight angle. So, for the price, it works great. :)

Does the job. As an amateur I dont need anything more expensive.
