My garage has been taken over by bikes. I needed something like this to organize things and make more room for my car!

This is a great, free standing rack to store bikes. Alot of the racks require wall or ceiling mounting, so its nice that you can put this one anywhere. It was easy to assemble and can hold several bikes or other hanging items.

I ordered this to use in our basement and found it pretty easy to assemble myself, however when I went to move it downstairs I realized our ceilings are too low for this so we had to take the top off. Otherwise it is great, just too tall to use.

Assembly was fairly straight-forward, but the instructions aren't step-by-step. They are just a diagram of the way things are supposed to fit together, and I made the mistake of tightening some parts together before realizing that the adjustable collars needed to be put on first. So start by making your plan of how many bikes you want on each side and in what relative positions, because this cannot be easily changed after assembly is complete. The collars are movable vertically on either the top half or the bottom half, which makes accommodating a variety of bike sizes and shapes easy. It's very sturdy and stable. Very satisfied.

We have 3 bikes that were taking up a lot of space in the garage and because they were on the ground, the wheels got lopsided and flat. We figured we needed a bike rack but we didn't have space for anything that required wall mounting. We got this floor model. It was easy to assemble, is very sturdy and holds our bikes and helmets. We really like the bike hook/holder mechanism and like how easy it is to adjust them. The metal frames are very sturdy. Very impressed over all with this bike rack.

The rack is easy to assemble, and is very solid. It can easily hold up four pretty heavy bikes without any wiggle at all. It is tall, so make sure you have enough clearance space for it (preferably 8 feet or more).The hooks lock into place with a simple twist lock, and hold up bikes easily. They can also be adjusted to any height on the racks, so it's very easy to set them up to work with the size of bikes you're using it for.There are also some small hooks in the center of the rack that can held hold any other accessories or gear you'd like to keep with your bikes.It's a really nice setup and space-saver.

Wasn't sure what to expect from this as it appears flimsy and possibly ill-balanced.We were very floored to find the opposite is true. This thing is pretty great. Assembly took about twenty minutes. There are very minimal instructions but it wasn't too hard for me to figure out; you may struggle a bit if you aren't at least a little mechanically inclined. This thing does NOT provide any little tools, so you'll want to make sure you have basic screw drivers and hex socket rachets or wrenches. You will need them.After putting it all together, we stacked up my wife's bike and 2 kids bikes on only ONE side of this thing, and were shocked that it didn't topple over. It's quite stable. We put one kid's bike on the other side of it thinking to balance it out, but it's unnecessary. It is holding up just fine next to my car and I have fully confident it is not going to fall over.There are hooks in the middle too for accessories like bike bags, helmets, etc. Overall, I'm shocked at how well this thing worked.You should definitely check the ceiling clearance in your garage as this thing is deceptively tall. We cleared our relatively small garage by perhaps 2 inches at most.
