This looked like a good product to try out on a new piecing. I received it three days after getting a new ear piercing, and it has been great so far. My ear was irritated and red, but the day after starting treatment with the aftercare product the irritation has stopped, and the new piercing doesn't look new anymore. After a couple days use, the little crusty stuff on the jewelry has stopped showing up, making it even easier to clean. I'll use this on my new piercing until it's gone, and will for sure have some on hand for the net piercing I get. Happy customer.

I have daughters and they seem to have a piercing addiction of sorts. Ears, belly buttons, noses so far and this cleaner has been quite helpful I love the ear cleaners since the ear piercings seem to get the worst fastest. Overall I recommend.

This spray worked fine on my piercings and I didn’t have any noticeable irritation after using, but the label says it’s a natural saline spray, but I noticed that the smell of the spray was nothing similar to other natural saline solutions I’ve tried.

This product is okay, it's does the job for cleaning. But for being a "Natural saline wash" it has a very strange chemical smell. But my biggest issue with the product is in the Name/description and the claim it is making! It says it is a piercing cleaner AND a "Natural Saline Wound Wash Keloid Bump Removal"! The big issue is that it says it is a keloid bump remover, which can't be true because keloids can only be SURGICALLY REMOVED!! There is no such thing as a product that removes keloids! There is a massive difference between keloids and piercing bumps (hypertrophic scarring)! Hypertrophic scarring can and usually does goes down over time and there are products out there that can help reduce them. But keloids are a completely different type of growth on the piercing hole that can only ever be removed surgically! So my problem with this product is that it is misleading and it falsely states it can do something that is actually not possible at this time! So please if your thinking of ordering this product please ONLY order it for piercing cleaning purposes and NOT in hopes of getting rid of a keloid!! Because it will not remove keloids!!

ok so I only got two bottles of the aftercare and the cleaning floss sticks. I did use the floss and after care spray all is good with this and piercing is healing nicely. But I did not get the Bump care solution, so I docked it a star because I did not get what was described.

The flossers are flimsy as heck and don't want to push through piercing holes without bending often. Sometimes I get lucky, but if I'm not it's just a waste. That said, I got this for the spray, not the flossers, and the spray is lovely -- tea tree oil is the dominant smell and is one of my husbands favorite smells so he really loves it. (He's the one with the fresh piercings right now. )Just keep in mind if you have cats to keep this away -- tea tree oil is not good for them. But it's great for cleaning piercings!

I did something stupid and wore cheap earrings and now my ear holes are paying the price! I thought this set would help with keeping the area clean & protected and also help with recovery time because I love wearing earring! This set includes (2) 2 fl.oz Aftercare Piecing Solution and (1) pack of Piecing Cleaning Floss Lines. What I really like is the Cleaning Floss as it does a great job cleaning my earring holes. This set does a fantastic job at healing and keeping the area clean. I definitely recommended keeping this set on hand if you have any kind of reaction to metals in jewelry.
