Why is this commercial?

Most likely, it is because it is engineered to handle hot water as well as cold. It is insulated, won't burn your hands, and holds up well. But that is a guess on my part. I use it on my farm, it sits outside on a shelf and is used daily with hot water. After a couple of years, it is still working fine.

Looks as though you would need to buy the adapter along with it. As far as water pressure goes it should be okay as well. The Gilmour 572TFR will provide a spray from mist to a pinpoint power spray.

No clue, but likely for home use....perhaps up to 80 or 90 psi. Why not contact the mfg and ask them?

Where are these made?

I am not sure, but my wife is the one that uses it the most and she likes the way it handles, but our suggestion is that if you have minerals in your water to rinse at the end of your season by pouring white vinegar in the handle and squeezing a few times and storing indoor over winter to get more years out of it, minerals and or calcium deposits over a couple of years makes any metal sprayer inner workings lock up
