Why did you pick this product vs others?: Everyone knows that endpin jack strap holders don't hold very well. I've used the plastic "cinchfit" device for years - it works, but it's not ideal. Wish I'd found the Journey jack strap lock years ago! It fits my K&K pure mini pickup jack perfectly. I used a 1 CM hole punch to enlarge the strap holes but probably could have just extended the slits a bit. It's secure and makes the leather strap function like it's supposed to! I'll be getting another one for a different guitar with the K&K system.

I installed journey instruments pickups on my very expensive hand mad guitar. I am impressed with the sound quality, but the button on the jack was poor for holding the strap and I've had two occasions where the guitar strap slipped off. This button replacement fit perfectly on the journey instruments pickup jack and I won't have to worry about the strap slippling off anymore.

WORKS GREAT, PUT STRAP ON THE ENDPLATE THEN SCREW ON. WORKS ON MY FISHMAN AND K-NK PICKUPS BREINGING IN 4 MORE HAVE A Lr Baggs Anthem I will try it on that on also. Not sure why comments on it not fitting worked just fine for me and solves the problem of the strap on bottom coming off when playing.

It fits, kind of expensive.

Designed for Journey EP001K acoustic pick up. I've installed four already. They do have two holes on the end of the jack. Real nice to tighten jack. I have both K & K Pure Mini's and Journey EP001K. Both sound great, but the EP001K comes in handy on a tight budget. The strap button answers a lot of strap issues, makes the guitar feel far more secure.
