These work, even if you forget to recharge them in the sun monthly. They are great in closets, cars, garages, attics, any place that gets musty. I could tell the difference quickly. They have a grommet for easy hanging and are a decent price. Maybe most important, they naturally remove odor rather than attempting to cover it up with chemicals and you are not inhaling anything.

These were surprisingly effective, I had a gas spill in my attached garage and nothing was working and permeating into the main living house, a very high CFM fan, blower and keeping doors open for hours was ineffective at removing the smell that got in the insulation. This completely get rid of the smell after I hung up a couple of these with an oscilating fan, and within 24 hours it removed the VOC's / Gasoline smell from my attached garage. Super impressed, and i put some in some old-house smelling areas in the basement and it helped with that too, keeping the air moving is important.

I bought these to use in my son's lacrosse bag and in his room. I haven't seen how it's working on his lacrosse bag, but I've noticed a difference in his room.

Definitely works, Price is better than others I have found.Use them for quite funky mountain bike shoes, and they are effective.

Honestly I can’t really tell if they work, but I do put them out in the sun to refresh them. It is a bit pricey for the amount of charcoal you get it does come pre wrapped and includes a hook things to at you can hang from the grommet. I would probably be happy with a big jar of activated charcoal where I can use coffee filters to make sachets. Hope this helps!

I had some really stinky shoes that I wear to the gym and washing them didn't get the smell out. I placed some of these in the shoes and even on the first day I noticed improvement in the smell. Whenever I'm not wearing the shoes l put these in them. It's been over a month now and they no longer smell at all.

I have sweaty feet (hyperhidrosis) and these baggies have been great for maintaining my shoes. I drop them in everyday when I get home, and the next morning, they are dry and smell normal. I would say you can get about 2 months out of them before you would want to change them out. Great for the price since it also means I don’t have to change out my odor insoles as often .

These do what charcoal bags do, quite straight-forwardly. I put 3 in a guest's closet to clean up some old odor of ours.
