We absolutely loooove King Arthur's All Purpose flour. It's funny we might think flour is just flour...but Oh no! Not every flour brand delivers on quality, taste, texture, etc. Over the years my husband tried many different brands of flour for his, Authentic Deep Fried Jamaican Fried Chicken. Just yummy and delicious! He has given King Arthur's All Purpose Flour a A++. The texture is not too sticky, when used to make dumplins it is firm, and delicious. It also doesn't leave any heavy excess fired dough batter when used to batter any fried delight. My husband also uses it for baking all of his many different types of cakes from, Red Velvet, Carrot Cake, Lemon Cake, Jamaican Rum Cake, etc. Lol...yes the man is also an excellent baker. No, I'm not the baker, but I'm the chef! He always choses, and gives lavish reviews on how moist, and fluffy, King Auther's All Purpose Flour makes his cakes. Which explains why they never last! Please see images! If you care about the quality and taste of what you serve, or just want to a bang for your buck, this is the one. I purchased the 10lbs bag, came as described, bag was also placed in a clear plastic bag. I didn't get too much loose dust, thank God. This is my "go-to" flour for making Challah bread, which I make several times a month. The quality is very consistent, and so is the grind. The size fits perfectly in my storage container, and the product is always fresh. For the quality, you won't get any better value. The protein content accounts for the baking ability as an all-purpose flour.

I first heard about Kings Arthur when I was looking for a bread recipe and found one their blog. I was pleasantly surprised to see it in the Lucky’s baking section. I picked it there and I have stuck to it ever since. Right off the bat, I noticed a good rise in the dough after bulk rise. I’ve used it ever since to make tin loafs, old fashioned rustic loaf, pav (dinner rolls), pizza, baguette, focaccia. All of them with excellent rise. I’ve even used it to feed my sourdough starter and it seems to love it. When I found this 10 lbs bag at a price cheaper than store and home delivery too! I was sold. The bag got delivered without any leaks. Now I just need to find a large enough container to store it. If there was a subscribe and save option with this, I’d buy it. First bag of flour arrived in a box way too big and was surrounded by plastic bubble things to help cushion it, however this didn’t prevent UPS from what it appeared, kicked the box and busted the flour open. The box was filled with flour and leaking all out of the corners. I sent the seller a message and they instantly sent me a new bag of flour. They put it in a bigger plastic bag, as I suggested they do, so if the UPS people manhandled it again, at least the flour could be contained and would be still salvageable inside the plastic. But, with a smaller box this time there appeared to be no manhandling and it arrived in perfect shape. I’m very pleased with the product and the customer service they showed will make me a returning and happy customer. I appreciated their promptness. Highly recommend!
