This product is a great idea. I have two different laptops that have USB-C and USB-A connectors. This solves the problem of only needing one adapter.Ran a speed test on it, and it supported gigabit speed with no problems.Also, the look and feel of this product is quality. Metal case makes it not only classy, it ensures interference free operation from other devices.

The LBSC Store USB 3.0 to ethernet adapter is a small, easy to use and carry solution to getting faster ethernet over slow WiFi. Overall it measures just over 9" long, with the ethernet plug housing measuring about 2 3/8" long x 1" wide and is a little over 1/2" thick. It comes with a USB-C cable and a USB-C to USB 3.0 adapter.My daughter gave me her old laptop to play with after upgrading to a new one. It was a compact that only had WiFi connectivity and was very slow. I simply plugged in the adapter into a USB 3.0 port (the blue ones), connected the ethernet cable and everything worked. Running an internet speed test with the WiFi only, I was getting 20.21 Mbps download, using the adapter I got 109.32 Mbps. A significant improvement.I highly recommend this adapter for anyone in a similar position that was higher throughput with ethernet over WiFi. The cost is very reasonable!

I've used plenty of USB to Ethernet converters and know what I like to see in them - this has everything I like in one simple package. It's got the ability to connect via USB-C or USB-A via the built-in converter. This is awesome for compatibility. It's got link lights so you can actually tell via physical means if you've established a connection. It's well built and feels durable. And, it works with PXE booting, which is the most important thing in my line of work. They major brands could learn a thing or two from this manufacturer. Great features at a great price.

I got this because my old USB to Ethernet seemed to be lagging. Okay, I do not think it was the old USB to Ethernet adapter’s fault that my file transfer speed was lagging. But just in case, I got this. My old laptop does not have a USB C port so I have to plug into USB 3 port on the laptop. I do not see any increase in the speed but because this adapter does not have extra USB ports, I get less entanglement of cables around it.

I have several laptops that for some reason do not have an ethernet jack. This adapter is the perfect solution as it fits snuggly into the laptops without rocking out of the socket. The network speeds it provide are great and it is very easy to use.

This portable adapter is a must-have. All my new laptops do not have an ethernet port. This adapter will be particularly helpful if you need to connect to the internet via cable instead of Wifi for stable and faster connections. It worked as intended. Plug and Use right away. There was no need to install any driver for it to work. I highly recommend it.
