So far I’m pretty happy with the console. Does everything I wanted it to do including connecting to my computer via HDMI where I can get both sound and video. I also also like the fact that speaker controls for each speaker are on the remote. The volume is loud and clearly enough for me to hear music and movies even in my 12’ X 22’ living room even though I have 50% hearing loss and tinnitus. The subwoofer sound is deep and full on my 11 year old unit, without distortion and/or buzzing. It really adds to the richness of the sound. Especially for the price, I definitely would buy this again.

I'll never but another Pyle product again. This thing is junk. I just wanted to set up a simple/cheap 5.1 surround setup with my Chromecast. There was no 5.1 capability in this amp. The surround channels just buzzed with no audio coming through. The front left and right speakers also buzzed horribly, which is just how bad this receiver's quality is. The receiver also causes the speakers to pop LOUDLY when you turn it on, or turn it off, which is just janky. The remote control did not work AT ALL. I tried 2 sets of brand new batteries just to be sure. I've bought a few other Pyle amplifiers and they've all been replaced, because they are junk. Do yourself a favor, spend a few more dollars and buy something from Pioneer, which is what I did, and it's perfect out of the box. Sorry Pyle, you lost a repeat customer.

Seems to be just fine. This refurbished unit did not come with all the quick start info and set-up instructions.

HMDI DOES NOT WORK LIKE ARC. I know electronics I repaired this stuff. My SONY died with ARC. I shut TV off, RECEIVER GOES OFF through ARC messaging. This thing with HDMI OUT I Shut TV OFF then SOUND STAYS ON From Input on #1 HDMI. I had it setup like on my SONY HMDI 1 on TV IN, HMDI 2 ARC OUT TO RECEIVER, I could shut TV OFF with SONY and TV and AMP GOES OFF using just TV REMOTE what ARC should do. Speaker POSTS were unscrewed lying in BOX, NO Plastic Bag Cover or Manual, this is most likely a RETURN and a screw missing on the speaker post section int he picture, NOT happy. REMOTE DOES NOT WORK EITHER
