By morning, I noticed the whiteheads had flattened, and some even came out onto the patch. Really great! Removes blemishes and pimple. But need to continuously apply it for the pimple to go, it's not a one time apply solution.

Patches come in 2 different sizes in a single sheet. It works on some pimples, it doesn't work on some. It didn't work on hormonal acne for me. I think the results will vary according to people.
