Aquarium Systems 217014 D3 UV Basking Lamp - 100 W - E27

Seems fake... bought this from a reptile shop and was fantastic replaced after the recommended 6 months. So decided to buy off amazon as it had next day delivery. It blew after two weeks. Replaced it thinking it was due to a very short power cut during the bad weather. It blew again! This time no power cut or bad weather!
