Loads of reviews here were talking about buying this for kids & I'm sure it's fine for them. But it's much more than that, I'm in my 60's & have used tablets & digital programs for decades. I had one of the first Simbans drawing tablets years ago & although it represented good value for money, it was underpowered & laggy under hard use. The X14 is a completely different beast, the overall experience of using it is comparable to very much more expensive drawing tablets, but sometimes it stands above them on some features! It is plenty fast & lithe enough to keep up faultlessly with Infinite Painter & infinite design, medibang, art rage, etc. all the usual & latest apps. in fact. Indeed it comes supplied with the latest "Concepts" app. with a free download of the essentials pack to make it complete- a very useful & modern design app. Features:* That massive screen really is a game changer on drawing tablets.*The Parallax - The discrepancy between where you touch the screen & where the line comes out on the screen )on this tablet is not noticeable. This is brilliant & not something I would associate with a tablet of this price. Feels very much closer to using paper, especially on detailed drawings.* The pen is good & pressure sensitivity is subtle if you're using the correct app. of course* The quick charger is very fast , it'll only take 3/4 of an hour to put say 90% on a low battery. Yet I can use it hard all day & the battery will still have 40% left on.* It comes with a sturdy case, a drawing glove, a fast charger, a fitted screen protector, even a couple of batteries for the pen.I messed up the download of the free concepts pack twice! & twice overnight the customer support at Simbans sent me new codes to download the app. pack. So they're very helpful too.I expect value for money & it's all too easy to spend a lot of money on overpriced tech from the big players in the game. Simbans aren't particularly well known but if you don't need to have the prestige of a shiny apple on your device Is it really worth the extra 1000 plus pounds? Not for me, this is a bold entry into a market by a very capable player.

It's been 3 months since using it. Very affordable and the build quality is very good too. There's apps already on the tablet so it's easy to get started. And it's not too advanced and even kids could use this, my 9yo daughter tinkers around on all the options within the drawing app, and after a while gets used to it. Adults would be able to grasp this no problem. Highly recommend

Really nice sized screen, daughter loves it. Took a little time to learn but picked it up rally quick, likes the free drawing apps and the pen. The only hiccup is the pen is not rechargeable and so needs aaaa type batteries but managed to buy batteries and charger also off Amazon. Screen also flickers from time to time but this might have something to do with the settings. Also took the additional cover.

Not been set up as yet as a Christmas gift for my daughter, but I've had a look at it out the box and it's stunning it's massive screen n definitely looks the business 😀 will update after Christmas but I'm more than happy with this purchase would definitely recommend 😀

This was a birthday present for my 17 year old staying media & animation, he loves it, clear graphics, easy to use.

Very nice for the first 1st time artist on this type of device, good value for its price, everything working okay, well built, hooks up with most makes of computer,

My daughter loved this but less than two months after purchasing, the charger no longer works.

I bought this for my very talented creative daughter who within the first five hours had created a very high quality animation.The next day the touch screen failed and she could not login. I contacted the Picasso manufacture and they advised a return to Amazon. I asked them about a simple replacement but as it’s through Amazon they had no control over that. They did say that they’d help and try to maintain my discount with a replacement purchase.It’s a great standalone tablet and I’m going to get a second especially seeing the work my daughter created. It’s a pity the unit screen failed as we were all very impressed with it.
