Tarnished badly. So disappointed in that. It says it won't tarnish.

I purchased the “always my mother forever my friend” pendant. The charm was very nice and my mom loved it but the chain clasp was very poorly made. It was too small to properly hold onto the other end and the chain broke within 2 hours of her wearing it and the charm slipped off. Thank god someone found the charm at the doctors office.

Helped my daughter purchase this for her mom and within 2 weeks of the return window closing, a stone fell out of the pendant. Needless to say, my daughter is upset that her gift looks the way it does. Would not take the chance and give this as a gift if you value how it will potential appear after a very short time. Avoid.UPDATE 3/6/2020-Contacted seller who replaced the pendant. So no complaints about customer service. However, the pendant lost a stone (AGAIN) from the same spot as the first. Clearly a design flaw and the pendant isn't worth purchasing if you care about how it looks.

I ordered "Mother and Son Forever Love" for my 12 year old great grandson to give to his mom Christmas morning. He searched all over the net and he chose your necklace. He worked hard for his money and paid for it himself. He said you had the best for his money and after receiving it today, I have to agree with him. He was delighted that it came with a beautiful blue gift box. His mom's favorite color. Thanks for that. He wants me to tell you he will be back.

Received this heart shaped Mom necklace in time that it stated. When I received the necklace, I was really shocked of how nice it looks. Very stylish and shiny. The Chain is a good length, you can adjust it how you like. This necklace is so pretty I don't want to wear it knowing that it might get dirty.
