Love this ice maker. It works great. I had a problem with the machine about 4 months in. I contacted the company and they were very helpful with a fix. I would definitely recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. This is exactly the ice that I wanted and I am so happy. This pumps out a lot of ice in a short amount of time. I had a bullet ice maker for about two years and it just stopped working so that was a good time to upgrade. I wanted to anyways, so I wasn’t sad that it broke. I did go with a different brand though because it did break so I hope this one last a little bit longer especially because it’s a little bit more expensive than the bullet maker.So the first thing is the ice. This is the ice that everybody wants and it’s why I go to the gas station every day to get a couple ice from the crushed ice machine. Now I don’t need to do that because I have it right at home as often as I want. The nice thing about this ice is that I found the bullet ice cubes even though they were larger they melted quicker and often glass of ice tea watered down because it melted so quickly. This crushed ice doesn’t melt that quick and maybe it’s because there’s a whole bunch of it in the cup , but the amount of time that it stays frozen is a lot longer than the other cubes. I usually drink out of a Styrofoam cup so that hasn’t changed. The first benefit is the crushed ice is perfect and the second thing is that it doesn’t melt as quickly as the bullet ice cubes. I don’t think the machine is super quiet, but it’s not super loud. You can hear it running, but it’s not annoying, and I leave it on all the time and just fill it with my Water. I have not tried the self clean, but I read the instructions and I hope that it doesn’t get dirty up in that reservoir where the cubes come out of. They do give you a cleaning syringe to help rinse that out so that is good. The first run of it I let it cycle through and then dump the ice and then I started using it and it’s perfect. I also love how big the basket is. It’s a lot bigger than my bullet icemaker and it makes a lot of ice that you can store. Plus, it comes with three bags that you could fill up and put in your freezer. That’s very nice.I only gave it four stars for a couple reasons and they are very very minor. I would still recommend this machine and I would still purchase it again at this point. It would be nice if it had a hole on the handle so that you could hang it, and if it came with a suction cup hanger. I’m using my old scoop and my old suction cup for that reason. I don’t like to leave the scoop in the ice reservoir and I don’t wanna leave it out so I hang it on the side of my machine with the suction cup This does not have way to hang . The Main reason I gave it four stars wasn’t because of that because that’s very minor, but it is because my lid looks like it is bent and it doesn’t sit flushed to the top. It’s pretty minor, but it can’t then back so it looks like it’s a bit damaged. I included two photos and one photo it is lifted and the second photo it is flash so it’s not sitting properly because it’s bent somehow. But it’s not a large gap so it probably won’t make a difference. I may contact the company, but I don’t really need to send it back for that small thing if I notice the ice is melting faster then maybe I will but I think it’s pretty minor. I hope it’s not a situation of a return or repackaged item, but it didn’t look like that.Overall, I think this machine is great. I need to get some stainless steel cleaner because there’s some sticky marks on it from the tape that won’t come off. But I highly recommend this machine for the price, the fast shipping, and the quality and quantity of ice that it makes !

So this thing was great while it lasted, which was about 2 months. I purchased during the October 2024 sale and received the item in mid-October. I used it in my office and couldn't connect it my phone because we don't have 2.4ghz internet. Worked great until end of December when it stopped making ice. I could get a single scoop if I unplugged it for a couple days. I contact e-cozy, they ask for a video of the problem. I provide that and more description. They say it happens sometimes, but disclaim any responsibility for fixing it or sending the missing cleaning piece. They say since I purchased from Amazon, Amazon is responsible for the warranty. The Amazon chat doesn't want to help and product support directs me back to e-cozy. I'm going to try to get someone on the phone. I will update if someone takes responsibility, but as it stands I paid $130+ for 2 months of ice and that is deeply disappointing. Save your money and look elsewhere for a product someone stands behind.

So this does make wonderful sonic type ice and it is pretty quick. I bought for the feature of being able to control it from your phone. I have it start producing ice an hour before we wake up. So when I’m making water cups for everyone in the morning it’s ready. Once I wake up I shake it down so it continues to produce ice uninterrupted while getting ready. It needs to be shook down so it doesn’t get the full alert and stop producing ice. I have to set it and push down the ice that has piled up so it will continue to run but this will allow for enough ice to be produced in the mornings for everyone’s Stanley’s for the day. I think this is typical of most ice makers in my experience. I was frustrated with this at first but after a few days of use and the ability to fill the freezer bags that came with the maker it is workable. I don’t know if it will damage the lifespan of the machine but if you elevate the back end of the machine it helps the ice slide forward so you don’t get the full ice message as quickly. It is very easy to clean (self cleaning feature) and sync to your phone (just follow a few prompts) . I just wish it was designed slightly different so it wouldn’t automatically turn off bc of full ice sensor. I had the other nugget ice maker from ecozy and knew from that experience it would automatically turn off before it was full. I’ve also had another brand of ice maker that turned off bc of sensor. If home to monitor it’s a great,pretty, and fast ice maker. The design could be improved but idk if there’s a better smart option out there with the pellet ice. Customer service is also helpful with troubleshooting if needed. Very responsive and helpful they get back to you within 24 hours. Had rated it lower but after customer service and some trial and error on my part I’m bumping it up.
