Can you send via deliver truck assembled?

It's too big to be able to get in/out of a truck or your house if assembled. I believe white glove delivery may be an option, in which case they would assemble it for you, but it's probably pricey. It took my husband and I the better part of the weekend to assemble the desk, book shelf, and filing cabinet, but it wasn't too difficult (just time consuming). You definitely need two people to assemble.

How do I specify if I want the opening on the left or right?

It can be put together either way. Two sets of Instructions are included just use the set of instructions that accommodates where you want the opening.
